I had a terrible experience once. I took an appointment for saree draping one month ago and the person whom I spoke with said they are fine with the time. He asked me to call and remind them the day before. So when I called the day before, he said he is sorry, they have another appointment at that time. Then I asked him why he didnt tell me that when I booked. He said they got the another appointment after I booked and they are big customer and he said they cannot do it at the time scheduled. That was really unprofessional!! He could have at least informed me 2 or 3 days before because I had a tough time in finding another saloon for appointment in last minute. I dont blame the lady because I used to go for threading and she does a good job.

I went to this salon a couple of times and one thing I noticed was that the prices were never consistent. They were always different, either a dollar more or a dollar less for eyebrows and upper lip threading. I got charged 15 dollars for an upper lip and eyebrows when clearly it says on the board that it is 6 dollars for eyebrows and i know its not 9 dollars for upper lip. She does do good work but she should be more consistent with her prices. PS - Im not that hairy so i know she isnt charging me by how much hair I have.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Walked in the place was empty not a single person in there. Didnt see a single worker waited for about five minutes when the lady walked in she didnt say a word. I asked how much would it be to get my eye brows done said she 10$ and I would have to wait 30 minutes for an unknown reason, there was no body even in the place. And the sign clearly said its 7$ for eyebrows. First time ever waalking in there and for sure the last time too

I love going to her. She does a good job... Sometimes thought I do tell her that I just want a clean up because I want to grow it in she tends not to listen and do it her way. But other than that when I tell her to clean it up more she does just gotta be firm with her not to make your eyebrows thin.

Took my girlfriend here and she liked it a lot. The lady was also nice enough to squeeze her in at the last second and was very considerate when we were running late due to traffic.
