I called to ask for an estimate for a remake of a key to a car that my parents gave me. The car is not under my name, however it is my car. Whoever was in charge of handeling the phone had an attitude and was very rude and refused to give me a price, so that I can go back and tell my parents to go ahead and order the key. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor costumer service. Clearly does not appreciate business.

Called first to see if I could get some duplicate garage lock keys made. Grumpy old man serviced me to say no blanks for the 1st key. Then made me a wrong key for the 2nd lock for me to have to drive back to get a refund. WOF Waste Of Time ! Another lock shop had both of the blank keys in stock and made them up for me to work correctly with good customer service.

Daughter got locked out of her room inside asked them to come and open it based on what Ron said $40 per lock. The man opened door and said the cost would be $175. Furious would never have told them to come out if I knew the price for coming out was. Need to work on communication skills.
