I paid Mitchells ~$900 on a new lock less than 3 years ago. About a year and a half ago, the lock stopped working (locked out of condo) and I had to spend over $150 for a repair. The lock stopped working again, and Mitchells replaced it...for more than $550. To add insult, the technician was rude and unhelpful. Save yourself a lot of pain - go to Lowes.
