PeopleShare is truly a step above the rest when it comes to staffing/temp agencies! My experience with them was nothing short of excellent, and I had wonderful interactions with several of the recruiters there, including Linda, Jenna, Ruth, and Kathleen - all of whom were very helpful, caring and sweet. Linda was my primary recruiter, and she was not only extremely efficient in finding me my fantastic job, but she is also a very lovely person who genuinely cares about the people that she works with. Within less than 2 weeks she secured 2 interviews for me, one of which I never even ended up doing because I landed my perfect job with the first interview! It began as a temp-to-hire position as the Executive Assistant to an Executive Vice President at a highly reputable company, and now I am a permanent employee and have been working here for just over a year! I couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out! Even after my contract ended with PeopleShare and I became a full-time employee at my company, Linda has continued to keep in touch and has been unbelievably supportive. In addition to my day-job as an Executive Assistant, I am actually also a singer/actress and Linda has come out to see just about every show that I have been a part of since I moved out to the Philadelphia area last year. She is truly a wonderful woman and extremely effective at her job! In summary, in case you couldn’t tell, I HIGHLY recommend PeopleShare and all of the recruiters that work there!!

I was an intern here. During my time here it was just okay. My only issue with this company is there was lack of diversity here. I prefer to work in a company that has diversity and not all one race. Also, I didnt like how they would talk about the temps once they leave the office. I think that was totally unprofessional. So much for setting an example for the interns. Overall, I wouldnt work here if you prefer diversity within a company and a more professional environment setting because you will not necessarily find it here. The guy that use to work there was super rude to some degree. I honestly think he disliked women, but that is just my opinion.

Makes empty promises. I have 6+ years of customer service experience , a bachelor degree, and received a 100 % score on the Microsoft Word /excel test they gave me, and I still was given no work . They kept saying they had more work, and I was never given anything . They never returned any calls . Philadelphia job market is over saturated , and I suggest you trying Peopleshare in King of Prussia. They gave me an assignment in less then a week. If yu have a car or willing to take the trip to KOP , then youll have better luck there . Good luck to everyone !!
