This is not a paid write-up. I have been in personal contact with Silvia S. from Peak Technical Staffing. From the first time Silvia reached out to me over the phone, she has been nothing but courteous, polite and so willing to listen. After 2 months of recruiting, phone and in-person interviews, site visit, etc, Silvia has successfully placed me with a company that could not be more of a perfect fit with my chemical engineering background. I feel that recruiters are always so eager to place a candidate with a company and sometimes, one would get ridiculous phone calls on how a position fits a candidate, when it fact, the candidate is either over or under qualified. This is NOT the case with Silvia at peak technical staffing. She was not pushy at all and was very diligent at following up between the company and myself. Silvia always kept to her promise and followed when she said she would. Regardless of the outcome, Silvia stood by her words and kept me in the loop the whole time. I have now been placed with a company that not only values my skill sets, but a company that chooses to develop, grow and complement my talent with the existing driven team in house. In my world, a successful recruiter is one who has taken all the initiative to understand a candidate and to find that perfect match between a company and a candidate where the fit is like a glove. This is EXACTLY what Silvia has done. To top it all off, Silvias manager, Doug P. even made it out to the first day of the interview at my company to ensure that I am in good hands and waited to see how the interview went. Two weeks into my position, Silvia and Doug reached out to me out of their genuine concern to ensure that I am doing well and am happy at my present company. Doug even took the initiative to stop by and drop off a thank you gift for allowing Peak Technical to pair me with a company of my dreams.
