This company is not even worth 1 star. I am completely appalled at the lack of work and dedication Office Team (OT) has to the people they hire. I have been contracted for a year now OT and they only provided me work for a measly one day event. They contracted me for a 3 month job opportunity. I went to the location on time ready to work and there was no work for me. The manager of the company that I was suppose to work for said that there is no 3 months event she does not even know what office team is. The manager said she doesnt know whats going on ! How embarrassed, disgusted, made a fool of, and compromised this is WORST WORST WORST ever staffing agency. They did not return my calls. I was working with Olivia and Chad from OT. They contracted me for an even that did not take place ! How filthy can you be to do that to someone that is trying to make a living. Calling this company horrible would be a compliment! Office Team is the lowest.

I had a wonderful experience with Office Team. I been working with them for over a year now and they always quickly found me a new placement when my last temp position would end. I have to honestly say though make a good impression when you arrive to meet your temp agent. You represent their company so if you show up in ripped jeans and a poor attitude dont expect a job. Sometimes there are not placements available as well and it takes time. If you have an admin background they may only have sales positions open so be sure to tell them what you are comfortable interviewing for. Almost all available positions are treated as though you are applying for a full time perm job so expect interviews with the employers and waiting for a phone call. What you put into this company you will definitely get out of it.

About a month ago i put my resume in at Office Team, took the required tests and passed with flying colors. To my suprise there was no response. I have called the agency at least 4 times since then and i get the same response, "I am sorry, but I am too busy to look up your information, leave a voicemail and i will get back to you!" And the last time I called, the employee was very rude. If a staffing agency is to busy to do their job, i suggest they staff themselves first before staffing others!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE Office Team!! Been working with them since 1996! The folks at this location (Trevor, Amanda and Jess) are very nice and down to Earth. As soon as I contact them (IN ANY city where I live) I am quickly called in for an interview and almost immediately placed on assignment at EXCELLENT companies! The ONLY con about this office is PARKING. It costs a LOT to park in the parking lot and impossible to find a spot on the street- so take SEPTA to your interview.

This month, I submitted my resume to all of the temp agencies in Philadelphia and these guys were the only ones to get back to me. I met with Ryan and he introduced me to Brittney who called me with a temp position before I even followed up. They are the same organization now as Robert Half and they are real pros and very friendly and helpful.

The worst temp agency in the Philadelphia area. I called and left voice messages to a guy name Trevor for 4 days and not once he called back, he never return my phone call after I was told by Chad that he had a job for me and I passed the Data entry test that he sent. POOR POOR customer service and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience with this agency. They found me 2 possible jobs the same day I applied with them, and one if them I was hired for. I like the job I was hired to do, it is much less stress than all of my previous jobs. I would recommend this agency to others.
