You will find more professionalism at a local Mcdonalds. After meeting a recruiter (Jeff Warusz) and briefly discussing my work history we reached a few potential job options. The recruiter told me he would set me up with something soon and gave me his business card. Over the next week I tried calling on a few occasions even leaving two voicemails. The recruiter I spoke to never answered. He never returned my calls. He just flat out ignored me. I really appreciate the way he wasted my time and money and did not even have the decency to call me back even if it was just to say the jobs had been filled etc. It is his career after all to help people find work, I cant imagine hes very effective at it by ignoring individuals who are ready and willing to do just that. This individual did a phenomenal job of not doing his job. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going to this location. Avoid being neglected and simply go to a website or what have you to find work - it will be far more effective.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Aerotek in Horsham, Pa. - I was very skeptical about using an agency to find employment. I had never done so in the past. However, I met with recruiter Jenna McGrath, and it was a great experience. She was very down to earth. Very positive and enthusiastic about finding the right job for me. It turned out that it was a great decision to use them. Not only did she find me a job that was in my field, it turned out that it was very close to my home - another great advantage. Jenna was very persistent about following through, and kept me apprised of everything in every aspect of the interview and hiring process. She even called me on a Sunday to give me updates, and was very professional throughout the entire ordeal. I highly recommend that you give Aerotek a try if you are having a hard time on your own finding employment. I start my new job on Monday 3/11/2016 after only being out of work for a month - Thank You Jenna !!!

I recommend Aerotek Staffing on Horsham Rd, in Horsham, Pa for the following. I applied for a job on indeed or some job site and received and email from an amazing recruiter. We setup an interview to go over my work history the following day. We then found a position that fit me best and was given a math exam. Following the math exam I spoke with a coordinator who told me I had an interview at a facility only fifteen minutes from my home. "Note that horsham is 40-60 minutes from my home, where aerotek staffing called me into." Today, I had two interviews with two great managers and received numerous phone calls following my interview about my orientation would be tomorrow @ 10:30 am and my potential start date would be Monday, December 14th. The whole process took about 4-5 business days. I am thrilled to be given this amazing opportunity with my employer/aerotek! If your looking for work that fits you in every aspect, look no further!

I will never use another staffing agency other than Aerotek in Horsham. Jeff Warusz was awesome!! I left my old job to go to school to get my CDL license. While attending school I had to live off my savings. As soon as I was done school I started looking for jobs. I went through a couple of trucking companies and had NO LUCK. My savings was running out and of course I have kids and a mortgage and was so worried that I did not have any income coming in. I called Jeff, and I am not kidding a week later he found me a job!!! I told Jeff how I needed to start working ASAP and how nervous I was about having no income coming in. I knew he could tell how nervous I was and how important it was that I find something ASAP. Jeff seriously made me his priority and a week later I am finally working. Thanks Jeff and Aerotek!!!

My first impressions of Aerotek were great - the interview went really well and they seemed very interested in me. I have a lot of experience in multiple fields, just new to the area and didnt have any connections to find a job on my own. After the interview, that was it. Never heard back, no follow up of any sort. I would have reached out to them more but I was getting plenty of interviews from the other agencies so there was no point. Its like they lost my file or something. Found a great job within a month through someone else. Im sure working with them would have been a good experience but I never got that far despite being an easy person to find work for.

Jordan Rothfeld.. A great person who cared and busted his ass to get the job done. With Obstacles ahead he assured everything would be OK.. And they were.. His communative effort was perfect.. Great customer service.. Very down to earth and understanding... And dedicated to helping the lives that need the help... I highly recommend aerotek for your source of employment . and although Im sure they are all great at helping, my experience with Jordan was A1 .. Check them out . they work hard
