A tech named Joe C arrived and promptly explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the lock on my front door. He took care of the issue quickly and saved me from having to purchase a new lock set. He also fixed the lock on my screen door and gave me some options with what I can do if Id like to make other changes to it. Overall, this was a great experience. Im amazed at the number of trades people who make appointments but never show up and dont answer calls. Dealing with Advanced was a very pleasant change. I would highly recommend them.

Advanced Lock installed a new deadbolt for me. Several weeks later, as the weather changed, the bolt started sticking making it difficult to lock. I called Joe on a weekend and he came out same day and resolved the issue completely. He also adjusted the hinges on the door at no extra charge. The door now shuts easier as well. Thanks!
