Spent over $2;000 with this company on products. had to reschedule 5 times to come out. sold us bad DVR gave us a newer one installed it never showed us now to use it and when we call up to ask for help wants to charge us a $85 fee. I guess valued customers get no break. Wouldnt use there service again.
