So yesterday I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. And yes it is the only set, no spare! I called several other locksmith including Pop a Lock and nobody would come help me. They said, they dont do my kind of car it was to hard. Then another said only the dealer could do my car. By this time the service department at the dealer was closed. Nobody would come help me! I called the dealer anyway and they gave me Joes number. I called and even though he just got back from vacation he came out immediately. He was so nice and within minutes got my key out of the trunk! Unbelievable! Awesome job! I could not believe it, nobody would even come out and look let alone try and he did not even hesitate. If you need anything done any kind of lock car, house, or whatever call JOE, he is amazing! I will be referring him to all my friends and family for sure. Also my car is a convertible and the top was off so if I left it and it rained just imagine the damage so he not only got my key out he probably saved damage to my entire car as well! Thank you again Joe!

Omg I dont even know what to say about these ppl...Because I could honestly write an entire book of how THANKFUL my fiance & I r for them...Ryan was the greatest person ever...We called over 20 other ppl before coming across this company & got a complete run around & was told by a few "oh yeah we can come out" then 10 minutes later they would call & say "oh we dont have anyone in ur area"....Well Ryan came almost 2 hrs away for us...Like wow thats a real professional...He came out at 6am this morning & went through hell & back for us...He was so patient & polite...No matter what problem he ran into he worked through them all...I cant express how greatful we are for his job well done...I would indeed recommend him & this company to anyone & everyone who ever needs a locksmith...Pricing was great, service was wonderful, timing was fantastic (even wit the problems he ran into)...I still cant get over how caring Ryan was & how he worked until the job was fully completed...THANK U RYAN S FOR ALL U DID...WE WILL FOREVER BE THANKFUL FOR UR WORK...

I called Around The Clock to inquire about pricing for re-keying and other services offered. The owner Joe was helpful and straightforward about his fees (service and work). Since I am out of state and was looking to have the work completed for my relative there in Wilmington, I was most appreciative of Joe being friendly, upfront, flexible with working with an out of stater and his recommendations. When my niece gave Joe a call after work, he came through and installed quality locks for her apartment door and completed a much needed repair on the main entrance lock. The service we received was excellent; the new locks and repaired lock are a HUGE relief to our family! We know who to call if our family in Wilmington should need a locksmith again. Job well done, we definitely recommend this company!

This review is based on 2 things. First things first, quality of work. He knows his craft and can pick a lock like hes part of Oceans 11. He let us back in our home in no time. Second part, hes a rip off and kind of shady. Charged us $150 for less than 20 seconds of work (and 30 minutes of driving). To expound on him being shady: he recommended committing insurance fraud to re-coup our $150. "You guys seem cool. Just call your insurance company and tel them you locked your keys in your car and I came to let you out. Theyll cut you a check right there and we all win." Again, if you want someone to do the job well, hes your guy. If you dont like being overcharged and him recommending something that can get you up to 7 years in jail and/or $15,000 fine, he might not be the guy for you.

Got locked out of my house today, fortunately I had my iPhone with me. I googled locksmiths and found Joe. I called him up. He answered right away and told me he would be out soon(he was in the middle of cooking out on the grill for his family and left that to help me out). He arrived at my doorstep in record time under 20 minutes from the time I called. Joe was courteous, pleasant, walked me through what he was doing and in less than a minute opened my door. I asked him about changing the locks and an hour later he returned and completed that job for us. He is extremely honest, trustworthy, provides top knotch customer service and genuinely cares for his customer. I would feel comfortable leaving my mom alone with this man, and I just met him today. I highly recommend Joe Verdi.

if you need a locksmith - do not look any further. joe is my new hero. i called him last weekend literally at the break of dawn after a quick google search for a 24 hour locksmith. he answered his phone in less than a ring, and was at my condo within 20 minutes. i called him so early that he came in slippers! but let me tell you, his work was professional and impressive. he had me back in my condo within MINUTES and i have an old fashioned sturdy lock that is positioned in an insane way. in all of my adult life i have never felt compelled to write a review for anyone on the internet. he is seriously the best in the business, and you will not be disappointed. i only wish he could now be my electrician, plumber, and general maintenance man too!! thanks again joe!!!

I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. Dont ask me how. And of course I was late for work. This guy must be used to dealing with people worried about being late, because he looked up his travel time in GPS for me so I could tell my boss how late I was going to be. He got to me right when he said he would, and had my keys out of the trunk in under five minutes. He charged on the fair end of what I was expecting to pay. :-) He was also very friendly and up beat. By the time I got in my car and on the road I felt a lot better. Relative to the fact that its never fun to lock your keys in your car I would have to say this was a good experience. I would highly recommend this company.

Coming home late on a Saturday night, I unlocked the deadbolt on my front door and the cylinder came out with my key. I called Around the Clock Locksmith at noon on Sunday. He said hed be there in 20 minutes and he was. After looking at both locks on the front door, he recommend replacing both with a better set of locks, and offered me a deal where hed replace both locks for only $50 more than he would charge to replace the dead bolt. I agreed and he replace both locks very quickly. After calling at noon, him showing up about 12:20, he was finished by 12:45. And unlike most locksmiths, they are available 24/7. Highly recommended.

Man this guy showed up in the exact time that he said he would. It was actually shorter than expected(less than 20min). It took him no longer than 7min. To get me in my 18 wheeler! Ive had different people try for over 45min. This guy is amazing and also has a GREAT personality! He would be my first and only call if I am every in a situation like this again in this area. Great service, great guy, and amazingly talented!!! 10 STARS if possible!...... Great prices also for the service he provides.
