Good place, nice folks, and very helpful in helping me get copies of some fairly obscure house keys -- and duplicates of my daughters car key also. And, its worth noting, that when I communicated via email using the Fradon website -- they (Paul) actually got back to me in a couple hours and were willing to even answer some back/forth questions via email. (This alone is unusual, since many smaller businesses who have email never actually reply when you send them one or if they do its days, weeks, even months later.) I will definitely use them again when the time comes.

I needed to have keys made for a boat that no longer had a key. I called around and everyone told me it would take 2 days. Fradon said to bring in the ignition and theyd give it try. The woman in the shop knew exactly what to do and within 10 minutes she had made me 3 new keys to the old boat. I have since been back for several other locks. There is never a wait, the service is excellent, and the prices are cheap. I dont know how they manage to make any money having multiple locksmiths standing in the shop all day. I will continue to take Fradon all of my lock needs.

Well after meeting with my wife for 5 minutes the Locksmith had her in tears because she didnt accurately describe her needs in the initial call to the office so when the guy shows up for the appointment he was pissed he had to do work. I dont know how long you have been at this gig, Robert, but its time to retire. And to say, "well I guess we are not the company for you?"... the biggest understatement of your day. Customer Service??? Expect nothing from this company and I am sure you will be pleased. Expect more and I feel you will be left wanting.

I came in with my girlfriend to see what they could do about her automotive key which had bent due to a frozen ignition. It was in very bad shape. The 4 people there at the time were very friendly, helpful and seemed to work well as a team. They made a copy but warned us that it may not work due to how much damage the original had, and that they may need the key code from the dealership. To our surprise the key worked flawlessly! Dont underestimate their ability here, and even if they cant help theyll do everything they can with good spirit.

Had terrible customer service on the phone and in person. Employees were misleading about the cost of having an electronic car key cut on the phone and then rude about it when we came to the store in person. If they had been polite or even courteous when we arrived at the store it may have made up for them being dishonest and short with me on the phone. As it was, we took our business elsewhere.

Great service dropped my motorcycle ignition off and left a name and number and the women behind the counter was very pleasant and understanding when I told them I could only pick it up next week cause thats when Im in their area for work and she gladly said it was no problem holding onto it. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Not to say I want to loose my keys again

Would not buy from this company again, bad customer service and faulty goods sent out. Do not recommend.
