We called Gil because the backyard door closed for a long time. Called Gil. He told us when he would come, how much it would cost and the what we need to give him as proof of the ownership of the house. He came quickly (although it was not an emergency), opened the door, made keys. He had all the tools necessary for service. He also helped us to examine two more doors and advised us how to increase door security. Later, we had some time, so we had some interesting conversation about life, work, philosophy, community, travel abroad, etc. He left us with a great impression about his love for the work he does. Gil’s work is highly recommended for great service, great price, and great personality.

I sure as hell dont plan on losing my car keys again, but if i ever find myself in this situation once more i know who to call. GIL, owner and master locksmith at one stop could literally not have done this job any faster. His response time alone deserves a 5 star rating but the truth is his fair pricing and his can do attitude guarantees me as customer for life, granted i dont lose my keys again. The Locksmith arrived to my house on time and was patient enough to go into step-by-step details pertaining to the lock replacement. He gave multiple lock replacement choices and recommended the best one for my situation. He replaced two sets of locks for a fair price and in a decent amount of time. The locksmith even helped me with a door in the basement that wouldnt lock properly which was done at no cost. I would recommend NY One Stop Locksmith to anyone that I know. Good job!

I give them 5 starts not only was he very professonial he arrived to my home in less then 25 mins..I needed a emergency lock smith because I had left my keys inside my houses and had no way to get in and he came promptly to open my door In less then 5 mins he also change my cylinder for a extra fee..I was very satisfied..me and my husband was very happy with his work..I would definitely recommend him for any emergency

I usually dont write review but One Stop Locksmith deserve one for sure. I called them to install a lock on my apartment door and they send somebody within an hour. The price was great and they have friendly staff. They have great customer service. Trusts me One Stop Locksmith is BETTER than Webster Locksmith. They sure can count on my business.

One Stop Locksmith came to my rescue.I lost my keys to my apartment and had no spare. One Stop Locksmith staff member met me in front of my building through a snowstorm. The locksmith replaced my lock with a more secured lock and it came with 3 spare keys. Great service and did I mention he came at the peak of a snowstorm.

I called them and when the guy showed up he tried to charge me $800.to open and change my lock which is basically robbery they tried to tell me some bs. Was told 1thing on phone and when they came it was something outrageous they are a bunch of thieves and crooks !!.

Amazing customer service!!! Locked myself out on a Saturday, they were a little late so they charged me weekday fee plus fixed my lock which had been giving me trouble since the day I moved in. They were amazing I would recommend them to anyone!

Called and he said he had no one... In my best guess is to wonder why he even bothered to pick up the phone, I questioned if he was serious and why did he call himself a 24/hour locksmith company with no locksmiths. Highly annoyed.
