I called in a rekey for one of my clients, and gave them my credit card over the phone. They wrote my credit card number and expiration date on the invoice, which went out with the technician. This was a brand new debit card that had never been used until this transaction. The following day I started seeing fraudulent transactions on my bank account. I called the owner of the comany to report the breach of security, and he refused to take responsibility or help me in any way. He refused to acknowledge that their "policy" of writing clients credit card numbers and expiration dates on work orders had caused the problems I was having on my account. Meanwhile, several thousands of dollars were on hold for over a week while the bank processed the fraud claim. I was unable to do payroll, or make any purchases for my business. Extremely, extremely disappointed. Will never use them again, and do not recommend that anyone else does either.

I used Shorty Wallin to install Medeco locks in my home. I thought someone was breaking into my home - I had a laptop, cash, chef knives, jewerly etc taken. I had them change it again but didnt have them change my burglar alarm again. Then on Friday August 9th, 2013 I came home early from work and saw a Hampton Police Officer and a Virginia State Trooper coming out of my home using a key. I live in Newport News. The trooper was a white female with blond hair driving a dark gray crossover with license plate 8675US. I wouldnt trust him again. Now I have to get new locks and a new burglar alarm.

Bob did a terrific job replacing my cars ignition lock/switch. It was a complicated job in the heat and he took his time, was very professional, and was very careful to put everything back correctly. He also helped me confirm this was the problem before proceeding with the job. I used them a couple of years before and I had the same excellent experience - they helped solve the problem without actually replacing the locks. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding service at this locksmith. They helped me get the keys cut to build a Keyport Slide, and gave me a detailed explanation for why one of the keys wouldnt work. I am always greeted with a smile, and having a warranty on their keys doesnt hurt either.
