After wasting time and effort trying to get keys made at Home Depot and Lowes (30-1 hour waiting at each place), I stumbled upon this place! I was a little worried because I assumed "locksmith" would mean more money, but not with these guys! Within 10 min I had 6 shiny new keys!!!!! Including the keys that said "duplication prohibited" and the keys the other two places couldnt even do. I was so happy! And after adding some cool key identification items, my grand total was $15.00. Never again will I go anywhere else to have a key made!!!! They were so friendly and helpful! And this is close to my house!

Talked to some guy in the phone. Simple question do you guys sell locksmith tools he said well long as you have your dcjs okay fine I do have a dcjs and I am a licensed locksmith he then proceeded to say you have to have a business license as well which I never heard before I just needed to replace a simple pick tool I could easily order online but wanted to get it the same day and I work for a locksmith company which was none of his business he then said "well thats where theyre going to get you right there" who and what is going to get me?

The service at this place is horrendous. The guy working at this place did not do anything but complain and mumble words under his breath. Not only did he do this to me, he also did this to an old woman and a middle aged man. There is something seriously wrong with this guy. If you do not enjoy your job, then leave and find another job. Dont let the loyal customers suffer because you are unhappy. Im still waiting as we speak, so far an hour and a half has passed. I would definitely go somewhere else if anyone nearby could do it.

I just wanted to share that i had a very bad experience with these guys, the literally robbed us blind! my wife locked her keys in the car by accident in town center, they quoted m wife $15 on the phone plus $35 to open the car and 15 minutes waiting time. Well! She waited 25 minutes, then they call back and tell her that they dont have a tech in the area!!! APPALLING!

If I could give less than one star, I would. For the past two months they have said "we will be there ____ day." Over $600 in checks already cut with their names on it and they have continued to brush us off. I have wasted so much time waiting on someone who obviously does not want our business (which has been a lot over the years, for a large company.)

I brought my deadbolt lock with a key stuck in it to these guys this morning. In and out in under 20 minutes and both key and lock work better than they did before! Professional help, friendly atmosphere, and excellent work. This place just became my "go to" place for everything locks and I will be passing the word on to friends and neighbors.

I tried having duplicate file cabinet keys made at at Lowes and Home Depot with no success, keys made by them would not work in the file cabinet locks. I stop by Keywest Lock & Safe and got duplicate keys made which work right with no problems. Highly recommend their service if you want duplicate keys done right and not waste your money.

I brought my auto keys to their shop at Holland twice now. One for my motorcycle and one for my car. Both work great! Quick and easy process. I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, theyre a local shop. I tried those vending machines that duplicate keys for you and just got frustrated. Try this shop maybe youll like them.

I called to bring my vehicle there, told the guy the make and model, to my surprise, he told me how to fix it right over the phone. Thats the kind of honesty that rarely exist in society today!
