After arriving with a new VW Remote needing the key cut, we were told by Wizard Lock that there was no guarantee it would work since it was not purchased from them. Cutting a key is cutting a key. But it was not done correctly to the point that you could visibly see a difference. Was the goal to have us buy a unit directly from them? Its not difficult to think that was the objective. Since "no guarantee" we walked away -$35 with a unit that now needs a new blank. Since my husband works for the top body shop in Lancaster, we will make sure that we let those around the industry know what poor service that was given.

Seem good at what they do. Wouldnt go there for a friendly chat though. Customer service is subpar.
