The worst customer service ever. Even though no signs posted they expected cash payment despite credit card being offered. This was a direct company related expense for me (key to work truck). They even cut the single key requested before this information was imparted. The manager suggested he could extort me for more money and then he would take my card. He said otherwise hed be cutting the key for free. This jerk not only cut the key for free but took a loss, as I walked out leaving him with no profit or break even point. Buyer beware...if these jerks cant make enough profit on you they will try and figure out how. This is also contrary to the agreement they establish with the credit card companies...but to some businesses I guess lying is second nature. Doesnt eveyone still carry cash around? Didnt think so.

They placed nearly dead batteries in my car remote and tried to pass them off as new. The batteries died within 45 days. When I returned to complain and have them fix the issue, the manager told me that they didnt even carry the batteries that were in my remote. So that means that I was given someone elses OLD batteries instead of the new ones thay had me pay for. It took them over an hour to change the remote batteries and reassemble the remote. The customer service is horrible. The wait is always too long. The attitudes of ever single employee is piss poor. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

Locked both sets of keys in company truck. Called Britani who took my request, informed me it would be cash or credit card (forget of check was an option) and said they get someone over ASAP. Soon afterward I received an email stating the Taylor was on his way, with picture of the technician. * minutes later received an email stating he had arrived. Showed him to the truck and another 8 minutes later received and email that he was done. All very kind and great fantastic service!

They have a huge inventory of key blanks. Needed some odd keys made...1 was cut on a wrong blank... Went back, they said they had to order different blank... Would be in stock in a few days...Well it took weeks...When I would go back in there ... Would be told same thing about it coming in..Was told I would be called later that day with more specific info...No call. Would highly agree with the other reviews - awful customer service.

Pretty sure the positive reviews about Ashley are fake! Went there for help and their employee Ashley was more worried about jump starting a car. (too busy to help customers). We inquired about our Baldwin handset. Her response was, if thats a home depot Baldwin, its not the same quality. (It was not a home depot Baldwin) She was rude & condescending. We will never go there again.

The worst service ever. I need keys cut and wanted to make appointment to get security system on my business. Rude girls up front. Took 40 minutes to get 1 key cut. They stopped to eat lunch !!! They could have missed a meal. Believe me Needless to say. I did not scheduled a quote form my business. FYI. Stay Away!!! N

I had an older style lock that was broken. It belonged on some French doors that would be costly to replace. The manufacturer wanted to charge me a fortune for a repair kit. Rather than send me away, Ashley spent a great deal of time fixing my problem. She saved me a lot of money and hassle.
