When we moved in to our new home, we were told the locks had been recently changed. Honestly, Im not an expert but the deadbolts just looked old, kind of scratched up, and when we had extra keys made at Home Depot they didnt work. As parents, we were not willing to take a chance that the locks were older, so we called All United. Amit was very professional, showed up on time which is almost unheard of over Thanksgiving weekend. He worked quickly and quietly, my son napped the whole time (less than an hour). I showed him how our shed door didnt close/lock completely and he was able to fix that. Nothing worse than a contractor coming out, taking stuff apart and needing to "order the part"... Amit had his act together. All in all, I had my front, back, and shed locks changed for a reasonable price (exactly what he estimated) and in record time.

I recently purchased a home in Darien and I wanted to get my locks changed. I didnt know who to choose from so I started to make some calls to different locksmiths in the area. After a short conversation with Amit and knowing it was an owner operated business, I knew I was in good hands. He arrived on time and was very professional. He Rekeyed 4 locks, changed 1 lock that was broken and I didnt even notice until he showed me, and took the time to fix an old mechanism that I was certain that I had to replace (800$ for a new one!) All United Locksmith is a life saver! I was locked out of my house really late at night and it was so hard to find a locksmith that would come out that late. Amit got there on time, and was a pro from the get go! He changed 2 locks that weren’t locking properly (very unsafe), and he re-keyed another lock. I have had an issue with a door/lock for several years. A different locksmith had told me the lock would have to be completely replaced. Told a coworker about my issue, and she enthusiastically recommended All United. Amit was great! He arrived on time, figured out the issue within 30 minutes, and an hour later the lock was fixed! He seemed very experienced and was both professional and affordable. Would recommend to anyone!

I forgot my key at home and was locked out of the house when I got home from work. I called All United Locksmith and they sent over Emmett. He picked the lock without causing ANY damage, something I have experienced from other CT locksmiths. I was in the house within a few minutes and very thankful for the speed because it was freezing. I will definitly recommend and use All United when I need a locksmith in the future.

Technician arrived close to 1hr late. When I called, I was told that technician and I will agree to a price on the spot before work begins, but when he got here, he offered me a take it or leave it price that was 50% more than another quote I had gotten. The lock in question costed $30 on Amazon and he charged me ~$150 to unclock, and said that the price included insurance (which I cannot not have).

Amazing service! Called early in the weekend with a problem on our house lock. Within 15-20 min. Amit called back and scheduled a time on the same day. Arrived on time and got to work. Replaced the knob with a much better-working one. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will use him again, no doubt!
