Called this company for a friend who had left her keys in Kansas City. We had called at leat 5 companies and got 3 different prices from one company. We called Homeland Lock and spoke to Jim. He explained that because it was a dead bolt, he would probably have to drill it out and replace the next day when businesses would be open . He said he would be right over. Since we had been sitting in my call for 2 hours that was great news. We decided to take her bags to the door Much to our surprise when she was checking some work that was done while she was away, she leaned against the door, you got it it opened. When we called Jim to cancel he said thats okay, Ill turn around and go home. When I asked about a service call amount, his response was dont worry about it. That shows me the integrity this man has and I hope when I lock myself out he is still around.

These guys are great! They responded super fast, did an excellent job in less then thirty minutes, and I was surprised at how little they charged me. Dont find many companies like this anymore. Highly recommend these folks!! Interesting that the owner, Jim, mentioned that he could retire but he loves what he does. If he keeps working because he loves what he does, rest assured, he does the highest quality of work and makes sure everything is perfect. That was the case with the work he did at my house. As I said above, you dont find many companies like this anymore.

Called Homeland lock at 0200AM on a saturday morning and I was shocked how fast they responded and how knowledgeable they were and my last nightmare with Baldinos Lock was a game changer, Not only did they get to me in less than an hour, They charged me $65.00 and thats it!!! Crazy and they said it wasnt because I was a cop, theyre just an honest family business and I give them an A+ for sure, Thanks again guys

My dog walker got locked out of my house while I was at work 50 miles away. The screen door locked her out. They were extremely quick (just finished not far from me so he was at my house in 10 minutes or less). He was very friendly and polite on the phone was able to get the door unlocked. I am extremely grateful!
