The best word to describe my experience at this AAA location is HORRIBLE! If you see Nicole, a blonde with a short bob hair cut, run the other direction, give up your place in line, go to another location. She is by far the rudest, most condescending, ignorant "customer service" person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. We went to this AAA, in search of information and assistance with transferring a title. From the moment we began to explain our situation, she was rolling her eyes, grabbing her head and making exasperated noises. I suffer from an anxiety disease which was triggered by her actions, to the point that I left the office in tears, with in 5 minutes of meeting Nicole. My husband and daughter remained, in the attempt to gather information needed. About 15 minutes later they came out, frustrated, upset and without a resolution. I learned that Nicole remarked to my daughter that she hadnt seen her in this office before. I didnt realize we needed Nicoles permission to utilize this sites services? She again roller her eyes, and looked at the clock when asked if she could please call Chase to determine what was needed. This location was not set to close for another 30 minutes. She would not listen when my daughter tried to tell her that Chase was still open and did not make the phone call. After having spoken with my daughter and husband, I was trying to remember this persons name to contact her supervisor, when I remembered reviews I had read on this site regarding this AAA location. They were about this Nicole. At that point I went back into the AAA office to tell Nicole she needed to take a look at the reviews posted on their website regarding her service. She did not respond, simply looked at me, her supervisor happened to be sitting at the desk next to her. I showed him the reviews and we were ushered into his office. I wish I could say that I felt better after talking to her supervisor Rick but I really did not. While I totally understand that he was not present for the exchange, he could see that we were physically upset, he read the reviews and remarked that it was posted 7 months ago. I assured him that one would be posted regarding this encounter. I guess we should have left as soon as we observed Nicoles interaction with her coworker that was present. The coworker needed assistance with a customer she was helping, when Nicole, from across the room roller her eyes and stated loudly, that she didnt have time for this. When her coworker was unable to figure out the problem she was having, Nicole went over and was rude to the point that her coworker apologized to her. This coworker was very polite and was attempting to help her customer. If you must go to this location, avoid Nicole at all costs. Please read all the reviews regarding Nicole and stay away. There is never a reason to treat people the way that she does, you never know what affect your actions will have another persons life. I do not even give this site 1 star but it cant be posted without. I guess the 1 star is for the other coworker, I wish I had her name, that was polite and attempting to help her customer.

Terrible customer service. I went in to have my disability parking permit application notarized. I was greeted by the receptionist, but the 2 reps at the counter Ignored me , then when one of them looked up at me( blond with a Bob hairstyle) she gave me a dirty look as if I was bothering her and said " is there something you need?". After the receptionist already told them twice. She was shouting at me from the counter. I told her I needed one for myself, because Im on SS disability and also an application for my minor son who has recently become disabled . She still had not invited me to the counter. She gave me this quizzical look and said , you want . "Why do you need 2?" It was like talking to a brick wall. No, " Hi, can I help you. No, I can help you over here, no smile. Then she looked at her co- worker and said ,"would you do it? I have so much work to do."She sat at the counter, yawning and kept repeating how tired she was and carried on a conversation with her co-worker. Yet she was too busy for me! Her co-worker couldnt verify my doctors Physicians Assistants credentials because she hadnt bothered to go to the website or saved the icon to her desk top. So she asked the rep who didnt want to help me. She typed in his name and said" Nope, hes not listed as authorized to approve such an application. I asked her to look it up again. Got same answer. So, they told me I would have to go back to my doctors office and have my doctor sign off on it. Well, because of the way I was treated and because of how lazy they were., I decided to go to the website myself to verify the PAs credentials,. Sure enough, when I typed in his Medical title, Medical Physicians Asst, ( theres a drop down that lets you choose the title of the doctor) And his name , he popped right up. They hadnt bothered to input the info correctly. So , I didnt have to have the application redone ,after all. I saved myself alot of steps. They were trying to tell me that I would have to go back to my doctor and have the application redone, etc,, lazy, lazy, and rude! I have worked in the customer service industry all my life. If I had behaved like that , I would have been reprimanded, or fired! I have been in their store twice and never see a Manager or Supervisor.

When you go to this AAA, make sure you go early- it gets super busy, especially on the weekends. Nice facilities and lots to read while waiting. Was not particularly pleased with the runaround I was sent through in order to get my car registration transferred from CT to PA. My representative sent me away three times with the excuse that I was lacking paperwork- after each time stating that with "this one more piece of paperwork-Id be fine" Finally, Id had enough after being asked to find a piece of paperwork that was unreasonable. I spoke and worked with Michelle and was able to get my registration right away with no problems- as I had everything all along. Do not work with Donna on your car needs. She will send you away with different answers each time and does not know the rules and regs. of car registration, purchase, or transfer well enough to be working with the public. Michelle saved my experience with AAA. Speak with a AAA rep. from PA on the phone before you go to an Online-Messenger Service to ensure that you have proper documentation (and get their name!). Then request Michelle when you are greeted by the receptionist.

I went to this location in Robinson on a Monday around 1:25pm. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted right away by Josh. Josh valued my time and knew I was on a break from work, so he helped me as quickly as possible. I was there to get a title transfer from buying my car from Ohio transferring it into Pennsylvania. As long as you give Josh you correct address you will be smooth sailing as he got me in and out the door in 30 minutes. Thanks Josh for being a rockstar for me today!
