Let me tell you about my experience with Aragon Travel. My husband and I were looking for a package to go to Punta Cana and we come across Helga from Aragon travel. Please keep in mind this was my first time visiting Punta Cana and I wanted to experience what was Dominican Republic. We originally wanted to go to the Hard Rock in Punta Cana she talked us out of it and convinced us to go to the Chic in Punta Cana, we didn’t know so we trusted her word and went for it. Mind you the Chic was 300 dollars more than the Hard Rock. (Chic was 3,000 and Hard Rock was 2,800) She told us this resort had 16 restaurants that it was very romantic and that the place was amazing she spoke to us as if she went and experience the place. Well we get to Chic Punta Cana at 3:00 pm Friday our “luxury room” was not so luxury it was a half room with one window facing a construction area which meant that every morning at 7:00 AM we had the construction going on. From 3-6 there was only a snack bar open the HOTEL NOT RESORT had 6 restaurants and everyday there was actually 5 open (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!) on Aragon’s behalf . So we checked all that even before checking in the hotel. We call Helga and asked her to accommodate us since we had paid her cash and we didn’t like what we were seeing; we had asked her to accommodate us to the Hard Rock which was originally what we had asked for. She didn’t even try to accommodate us she took our money and told us that there was nothing she can do for us mind you we hadn’t checked in the hotel yet she actually laughed at us stating she couldn’t do anything. *I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ARAGON TRAVEL SERVICE. *VERY POOR SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS TRAVEL AGAENCY TO ANYONE. *SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO AN AGENCY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU AND WHO CARES FOR YOUTO HAVE A GOOD VACATION. I HATED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!

Aragon Travel handles all of the arrangements for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation sponsored Cruise for a Cause. We went for the first time and were blown away by how accommodating and helpful were all of the staff at Aragon. They handled arrangements for about 175 people with about 1/3 of them wheelchair or scooter users. They advised us on which shore excursions would be best for each of our many levels of disability. Since I can still walk and climb a few steps they recommended that we rent a manual wheelchair in addition to the motorized one I was taking. It was waiting for us in our stateroom. So for a 7 day cruise to Alaska we stayed in Seattle one night, were transported via wheelchair lift coach to the pier and were able to participate in 4 incredible shore excursions. Our entire group ended with nothing but praise for Aragon!

Years ago I took a trip connecting with a cruise through the Mediterranean. One lady in our party fell and needed medical attention. While the cruise line did everything to get her off the ship so they could "get rid of the problem" Aragon travel took over and NEVER left her unatended!!!! They even flew her son from Miami to Athens so the lady would not have to travel back home by herself!!!!! The hotel choices she made for us were OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! TOP OF THE LINE VERY AFFORDABLE AND ONE HOTEL ALMOST A BLOCK AWAY FROM THE PARTHENON. THE OTHER WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE COLISEUM! !!!!!! For years I have recommended their services to ALL my friend!!!! . . . And they are still my friends!!! :),:),:)
