Center Stage Dance Academy is by far one of the best dance studios in the Pittsburgh area. I am aware that there are hundreds of studios in the area, but I assure you that your child will receive the best possible dance education from the professional instructors at Center Stage Dance Academy. At Center Stage every dancer is provided with the opportunity to achieve success. The highly trained instructors provide dancers of all ages and ability levels with the best technique instruction and cutting edge choreography. This studio focuses on creating technically trained dancers who are also exceptional performers on stage. This combination is the reason why dancers at Center Stage receive numerous awards every year. Additionally, many of the students who graduate from Center Stage Dance Academy go on to continue their dance career at the collegiate and professional level. Center Stage has many successful dancers because of the fact that the instruction is tailored to the needs of your individual child. Instructors at this studio ensure that every child in the class is challenged at a level that is appropriate for each individual dancer. This ultimately allows Center Stage dancers to become successful both in the studio and beyond. Speaking from personal experience as an alumni of Center Stage Dance Academy, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this studio to anyone looking to advance their childs dance skills. Prior to enrolling at Center Stage, I was never provided with one-on-one instruction from my dance teachers. Once I came to Center Stage, I began receiving the instruction that I needed to become a more technically trained dancer. As a result, I have been extremely successful in the dance world since I graduated from Center Stage Dance Academy. I danced at the collegiate level for four years, and I was also the captain of my collegiate dance team. I have performed in several music videos alongside national recording artists. Most importantly, I have been a full time, employed, professional dancer for the past three years and will continue to work in the dance industry for many years to come. I attribute my success to the phenomenal instruction I received at Center Stage Dance Academy. The instructors challenged me to become the best dancer and performer I could possibly be. They also helped me to build my confidence level and learn leadership skills that gave me the opportunity to earn the title of dance team captain at both the collegiate and professional level. Long story short, if you want your child to learn the proper dance technique, become an excellent performer, acquire leadership skills, gain confidence, and potentially pursue a career in dance, then you need to get your child enrolled at Center Stage Dance Academy.

When my family moved to Pittsburgh 4 years ago we visited many dance studios in the area to compare & decide where to send our two daughters. They spend a lot of time at dance so it had to be a positive, family oriented environment. Center Stage Dance Academy was the final studio we looked at, and from the second I walked in the door I knew it was the right place for my girls. I was greeted by the owner with a hug & all of the parents in the waiting room were friendly & welcoming. My girls have been there for going on 5 years now & we could not be happier! The teachers are unbelievably talented & genuinely love what they do. They hold high standards for the kids which is so important to me as a parent. The owner is kind & easy to talk to, and on more than one occasion she has taught my daughters life lessons about being good humans, not just good dancers. I feel lucky every day that we found Center Stage & that my girls have such positive role models to look up to. Because in 10 years, no matter where life takes them, I know they will be fantastic women & I give a lot of that credit to the staff, students & parents of Center Stage Dance Academy!

Center Stage Dance Academy is an absolutely incredible studio! I have two daughters dancing at Center Stage and both adore everything about this studio. The studio owner, director and teachers are unbelievably talented and amazing teachers. My 7yr old daughter has learned so much in the five years she has been at this studio. It is more than I ever could have imagined. And my 3 yr old is already using correct terminology for ballet positions and skills. As a parent I most appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the professional atmosphere, the opportunities offered, and the fact that it is very affordable! One major difference you see at Center Stage that you rarely see at other studios is the fact that every student (recreational or competitive) is equally important at Center Stage. We truly are a dance family! I feel so lucky that I found this studio for my daughters and I HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone looking for a quality dance education for their children.

My daughter just recently started dancing at CSDA and what an unbelievable combination of up-to-date choreography with a phenomenal teaching staff. My daughter was a part of another local studio for 10 years and I can say that she has never been more thrilled to dance since coming to CSDA. A huge reason is the manner to which all students are treated equally. They are all stars in the eyes of this studio. CSDA is truly a family environment for all. The students treat each other like best friends. When you walk into the studio, it screams creativity and dance. The rooms have high ceilings for tumbling and are up to date with the latest flooring and I love all the encouraging words on the walls. One class, and you and your child will want to stay. Oh, did I mention the fees are the lowest around? Best Staff, Best Price, Best Studio in the area hands down. #CSDALove

I HIGHLY recommend Center Stage Dance Academy. When my daughter started there 4 years ago I saw an immediate and remarkable improvement in her technique, confidence and skills. In fact, she learned more in 3 months at CSDA than she had in a full year at her previous dance school. Chelsea Schilpp and her instructors are dedicated, passionate professionals who foster positive attitudes among both students and parents. They are as committed to their recreational dancers as they are to their competitive dancers, a rarity among all the studios I have been exposed to. My daughter has learned so much more than dance, and her enthusiasm is expressed in her pleasure at assisting with the younger students. We are so happy here...its like family. Thank you CSDA!

Center Stage Dance Academy is a wonderful studio to bring dancers of all ages. I personally danced here starting my sophomore year up until I graduated and I loved every second. The first time I walked into the studio I was introduced to all the staff who was very warm and welcoming. The staff at Center Stage is exceptional and is very devoted to the art of dance and sharing it with their students. They are willing to help each and every student individually to make them the best possible dancer they can be. Overall, dancing at Center stage made me a better dancer and I would recommend this studio to anyone who is need of a fantastic studio with much talent.
