I love the storage unit it is clean the people there are friendly. My unit is easily accessed, and is well lit at night. I just wish I would be able to pay my bill online it would make it a lot easier because their business hours do not fit well with my hours that I work. So it makes it hard for me to pay my bill on time.

They will not return voicemail messages. They do not return email messages. They will not apply payments to your account even after you have proof that they not only received the check but also have cashed the check. STAY AWAY!!!!

Everything was good until the last couple months. We received a call that the lock was accidentally cut off our one unit. They put another lock on for us, but it still was odd to have that happen. Everything else was great though.
