Wonderful storage facility! VERY clean, management extremely helpful :-) I cannot say enough positive things about the Mr. Storage Manayunk facility. The storage units and public access areas are very clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. I always feel safe accessing my units! Andre, the on-site manager, is extremely helpful, professional and VERY accessible. Corporate Mr. Storage management is equally as professional and even caring about their clients needs - truly rare, especially in this industry. Dan White, the district manager, reached out to me personally to answer my very detailed questions about how to best protect my numerous possessions in storage when downsizing after the sale of my Ardmore, PA house. This corporate response to my individual storage needs was phenomenal! Their team even guided me on ways to make the downsizing process less stressful. This is a very human company run by kind people who reach out and deal with customers with the greatest respect. Well done, Mr. Storage! My family and I will not soon forget your exceptional help.

Ive been with Andre and Riverside Mr. Storage for ... wow... nearly 25 years!! Ever since I had hair and calligraphed checques each month! Never lost an item thru rodent damage (a tip, Ms. Drake, its YOUR job to wrap things as securely and as air-tight as possible.!)... Biggest problem I had was an overhead door spring dying on me, but it got fixed quickly. Now the only times I see Andre are when I have to change a credit card number for automatic charge. *** Check out the climate-controlled section... they were one of the first to have it and its been a real draw ever since. Cant do better for short OR long term storage! Vince

I called Mr. Storage a week before I needed to move my one-bedroom apartment into storage. The manager, Andre, was able to arrange a unit for me with no problem. He also provided me with a moving truck for the day of my move. Three months later I needed a second storage unit for only a short time (10 days) and Andre gave me a great deal on a space only 3 units away from my first unit. Overall, it was very inexpensive to store my belongings in a climate controlled unit for 3.5 months. I felt my property was safe and secured at Mr. Storage and highly recommend contacting Andre if you ever need storage space!

Overall, good experience at this location. I had a little trouble with the application process - I was in a rush and there seemed to be a lot of paperwork - but I think this is true with all storage facilities. The people were nice and the drive-up units were super convenient. Nice, wide aisles where you arent blocking anybody while loading and unloading.

This storage facility is infested with mice. My belongings were ruined. The costly insurance that I took out to protect myself against lost did not cover rodent feces. Well the coverage was only $250 maximum. I took out $2000 in insurance. What a nasty mess this was. Never ever put your things in this place unless you want to lose it all together!

Mr. Storage Manayunk is great - very clean, easy to get to, great price. very convenient to store things for the summer in between semesters at SJU. I would highly recommend this location.
