Overall, a very, very positive impression with John, the manager being the best part of the experience. The thoughtful and kind way that John has about him shows that he is a true asset to any company he chooses to work for. John was a good listener, explaining terms in a clear and respectful way that led me to think that he would do well training others to be as respectful, courteous and informative as he is. I hope you realize what a gift he is to your organization. Now, saying that you may be wondering if I am related to him, I am not, but as someone who has never rented storage space before and was a bit anxious about the process, I found his explanations and clarity very, very helpful. My storage unit itself was clean, well lit and easily accessible. Overall, a very positive experience, but be warned, if in my work, I can entice John to work for my organization, I will go for it. Whoever hired him was right on the money, so kudos to both. Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts. Sue Platt

BEST STORAGE IN EXTON! We had the best experience with Lionville Self Storage! The manager, John, is seriously the nicest guy. And their first-month-free special is legit! We rented one of the largest sized units for only 1 month - ended up only paying around $40 for fees and buying a lock. We wouldve had to pay $200 anywhere else. The units are clean and spacious, the office is nice, the grounds are kept clean and are secured. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

I rented two units over the past several months. They were clean and easy to get in & out of. John Grass was exceptional in his help. Several times I was there in the morning and I saw John driving the facility cleaning up and checking the security of the facility. He was also helpful in providing the best price for my needs.

Great place to store your things, Andrew in the office is amazing. Very personal service, great customer support. Could ask for more in a self storage unit. I highly recommend this place over others. We use storage units regularly all over the place for business and this is my favorite site. This is the place.
