No concern for security AND they still want my money! I work nights... so today I went by after work at around 7:00 to see when theyd be there and I could pay my late bill for the month. Thank goodness I did because the gate was wide open and there was no one around! I drove right in expecting to get stopped, nope, no problem there, collected my crap and went to find other storage. After going through what it takes to get a different place to house my stuff, and unloading, they call me because im overdue. "Im on my way to see you now!" says I, still planning to pay this month and explain why its my last, just wanting a clean break with no problems. When I get there, the place is empty... SHE JUST CALLED- KNEW I WAS ON MY WAY- AND WONT ANSWER THE PHONE! (Understand that at this point I have to be back at work in six hours for another twelve hour shift.) I finally get someone on the 800 number an the best she can do is to let me leave a message with someone else because, as we all know, these management types are ALL much to important to pick up a call- theyll call back when theyre good and ready. I ask you what I asked myself; How long has the security been down? Why wasnt I informed? Why, with all the guff about codes and the rest of the security sales pitch, didnt I get a call like, "Hey, FYI, gates broke, be fixed ________?" and or, "Well be keeping someone there to ensure theres no lapse in all the security were charging you for." Why do I need to pay for services not provided? Why did the person feel it was OK to leave when she knew I was on my way? (She told me she had "Just stepped out," when she called to tell me her boss called) (Probably wouldnt be writing this if she hadnt, id have paid and left.) Ill edit this if they they just drop it, wanna bet on whether or not it goes to collections? Oh, and the hours on the door say that theyll be out from 1:30 to 2:00 pm, I was there at noon, and no, they werent simply showing a unit to a potential customer... Id like to get paid for zero delivery on promises and no attendance! Edit; I got a call from the property manager today. All she wanted to know was when I would pay my bill. I explained whats written above and she said that she had no authority to reduce or excuse my bill and was surprised to learn that I had moved out. Not that it makes any difference she says, stuff has to be out by the sixth or you owe for the month and as far as the broken gate goes- we have someone on the property 24/7. I mentioned that it was odd that someone didnt ask about me moving out and she said that they only have to watch the place during business hours. No kidding! She really said that after the 24/7 line! That and "We cant go and talk to everyone who just casually removes stuff from here!" Just another I dont care what WE promised, YOU owe us money!

The folks at Churchmans Public Storage came through for me today- I setup my profile and lease online earlier in the week and scheduled final walk through with the property manager today. I explained to them I was in the middle of a relocation and it was critical that I receive keys and access this afternoon. As expected, everything went wrong- delayed flight, rush hour traffic, thunderstorms, etc... I called 20 minutes before the closed and they were already expecting me and quickly proactively offered to wait until I arrived. Even though it was raining cats and dogs Susan and Justin were able to get me setup quickly and efficiently...very courteous and professional! I went back a few hours later to store my boat and everything worked like a charm! Thanks!!

Worst Public Storage I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Had a break-in over Christmas with my unit and lost a lot of valuable items. My unit was not the only one either and the staff their were extremely unhelpful. They mixed up my unit twice with somebody elses and cut off my lock then made me pay for 2 new ones. Management has switch since my original move in and the same attitude has carried over. Even the district manager has changed over and he to also has a poor attitude when it comes to resolving simple issues. Terrible place to store your personal belongings

The buildings could use some maintenance. The exterior door used to get to our unit is coming apart and they could use a way to prop it open. When you are unloading you vehicle you need to bring an extra person just to hold the door open. That or you have to put your boxes down and open the door and then pick your boxes up again to enter. What a pain when you are unloading a truck full of belongings.

This isnt my first visit to a Public Storage, but this is my first time having a great enough experience to want to write a review. Andrea got me in and out in quickly so I could start moving in. It was nice to meet a friendly person in the midst of my moving chaos. She was really helpful with tips for storing and packing my stuff. She answered every question I had. Im glad I came to this location.

The entire staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating!! Justin gave me a quick tour of the property and showed me the exact unit I needed. Everything fit just fine! The unit was clean with no issues. Check-out was simple and quick. Overall, I had a great experience. You can tell that these guys are total pros, and Ill be back for any other storage needs to come :) THANK YOU!

Great service but although they have had numerous break-ins they have not done anything about it and now our motor-home got broken into while in storage and we had at least $10,000 worth of tools stolen. You would think they will protect their customers by upgrading security after so many break-ins, which by the way, they do not tell you about when you sign up or inquire.

I came into Public Storage with tons of questions, since I have never stored in a unit before and will be needing it in August. Christina was there, and she was totally helpful with everything! She knows her stuff! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will surely be back to rent a space from this location.

After 7 years I was expecting a little better service towards the end. Andrea really didnt go "above and beyond" with anything for me towards the end. I didnt feel welcome or appreciated whatsoever. Other employees that worked there were great, but Andrea is the only reason Im not giving a higher score.

Needed a unit in a pinch and Justin was able to show me and set me up with a unit that suits my needs and helped explain everything with ease and made the whole process comfortable and easy. Justin was very knowledge able and was able to answer the questions I had. Very Happy with my experience!
