Thank you for the best experience ever. Dreading this process as everyone does was actually surprisingly pleasant and polite, it took away a lot of my anguish and stress. I was helped by Deanna who was Awesome. Deanna showed me several units trying to fit my needs and budget. I received service with a smile which is always a pleasant experience. She was assisted by Trish who was also a smiley pleasant face. Trish got my paperwork completed quickly to get me on my way. Most companies dont realize just how important smiles and attitudes make service 110% better for their customer service. Public Storage in Dover, Delaware is not one of those businesses. If this is a part of their job training kudos to you. I just happened to stumble across 2 of the far and few young ladies still in possession of excellent customer service skills then Public Storage owes them a Thank You. I am currently using this storage facility, I normally dont do reviews but I am doing this one to help someone out before they get a storage at this place!! Yes it is cheap which is why I gave it 2 stars. I went to my storage today to grab some work clothes and out of my clothes runs a cockroach!!! I have NEVER had them anywhere I have lived and now I see one in my clothes in storage!! It has me outraged and nobody was in the office but I will be in there first thing tomorrow!!! So if you dont want to deal with these critters I would suggest spending a few extra dollars and going somewhere else because to my understanding getting rid of them is no easy task!!

Going to public storage was not nearly as difficult as I has expected. I had tried several storage places in my area and most were only slightly helpful with my needs. I needed a place five minutes ago, and at my sixth stop at this location my searching was complete. Shadasia was more than helpful when it came to selecting a unit, she took the time to show me several different sized units and even put in the imaginary furniture for me. The units are clean and well maintained and Shadasia and her staff have been more than helpful with all my needs. I would definitely recommend this storage place to anybody who needs a clean and well staffed facility..

I visited on two separate occasions, both times the establishment was the cleanest Ive seen and the customer service is superb. My first encounter was with Lauren, very knowledgeable and efficient answering every question I had with ease. On my second encounter I had the pleasure of meeting Dasia, she too was very knowledgeable and very efficient. I came in there expecting to explain what I needed and she made me feel as if I had no needs at all. I believe the store number is 24113 this is a powerhouse team. You young women did an amazing job.

I LOVE THIS PUBLIC STORAGE!! When I first started looking for a storage place to rent I called around and this storage had the best deal around. From the time I walked into the storage location through out my rental stay Shadasia has been very welcoming and she knows her stuff. There are no hidden fees or anything what they list as their price is the price each and every month. I would rent from then again!! Thanks for a great stay!

Trish is the best! Shes fun, helpful knowledgeable and definitely NOT RUDE! She even paid the $0.24 we apparently owed from transferring from a large unit to a smaller one because it was the end of the month out of her own pocket. The place is clean and well maintained. Swift, but professional service. Sure, the prices may be a bit up there, but were happy with the service all around. We highly recommend it!

The units are nice and clean and Ms.Deana is on top of everything, she knows everybody and shell sure get that laugh out of you. Best price I could find! Lauren was helpful in finding a better solution concerning my unit which was greatly appreciated. I left smiling and laughing even during my hectic day. Lauren and shadasia are awesome! I would recommend this storage facility to anybody. Only downside is they close at 9 wish it was 24 hour access :/ thats y I give 4 stars

Shadasia has been more than helpful when I had to ship out for orders. My stuff was protected, and whenever I needed assistance over the phone, she made sure things were straight. I didnt like the fact, however, my lock was broken due to "inventory," but they replaced it with a lock free of charge. I would use them again.
