I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to grab a storage locker for a period where my 2 other roommates and I had to put our things somewhere for a month while we were waiting for the lease on our new apartment to come up. I assumed this task would be rough from the beginning because moving is always so stressful. But the store mananger Ben Hatch with this storage space was such an easy person to deal with that it made this ordeal that much more bearable. I really think his people skills, attitude and personality are outstanding. I would recommend anyone use this storage space just because you get to deal with another human being. I applaud Ben in his work and hope him all the best.

We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. We needed summer storage for our twins at West Chester University. I found that ESS had a location that was very convenient. I spoke with Benjamin in February. He suggested the best time to get the unit rented and helped me along the way. He was able to get me set up to sign the lease at a location near my home so we would be ready to go when school let out. The small storage unit was plenty big enough for all the stuff. That made our move back home so much easier. I cannot speak higher of this company and Benjamin. I will be doing this again next year.

Thank goodness for Extra Space Storage! After moving into a larger apartment with considerably less storage space my boyfriend and I were feeling overwhelmed!! We shopped around at several storage unit facilities and Extra Space was the most friendly and affordable for what we were looking for. The staff answered all of my questions and were more than polite. The facility is very clean and the hours are great!!! Definitely my first choice in referring for any storage needs in West Chester, and any other areas since they have facilities in many other places!!!

My wife died 8 years ago. I fell in love with my now second wife a year later and we combined our two homes into 1 townhouse. I needed extra storage and extra space storage provided a great solution. One year ago we downsized our storage unit and yesterday we finally discarded the last of our surplus and I closed out of my unit. Ben helped process me out in a very helpful and professional way. The manager Benjamin was the absolute best. He secured me with a storage bin that was the perfect size and safe. He also took much time with me as I walked in very emotional about my mother being sick. He shared great advice with me all the while was completely professional. It was like talking to an old friend. I would recommend this facility to everyone. My mother passed on on May 3rd and I will not need storage any longer after this month. However, I feel Benjamin will become a great friend.

After a thorough search of several storage locations in the Downingtown area, we chose Extra Space Storage because of the following advantages: price, availability of the size we needed, excellent staff, safety and security, visability from road, cleanliness, and easy drive-up access to unit with a large truck with a lift gate -- easy in and out and turn-around was necessary. We were so pleased, we signed a one year lease and look forward to using our storage shed often.

We needed some temporary storage when moving, and this location was convenient. James and Andrew helped us find out what our storage options were, reserve a unit and ultimately rent one. It was a straightforward process. I got all my questions answered and did not feel hurried. They were very professional and nice to work with. Customers should be aware this storage facility does not have any climate control, and units will get quite hot and humid in the summer.

James was very pleasant and informative. He made the whole process easy to understand. I do wish the sign out front that advertises first month free would explain that it was only under certain circumstances so you can read it from the street. James did give us the unit at half price anyway for the first month. We found the storage unit easy to use, and very convenient to where we live near West Chester.

I specifically dealt with Benjamin and it was a great experience. He made the move in and paperwork a breeze. He is a great person to have representing the front office.
