Ive had my storage for about a year and 2 months, I experienced mice poop and when it was time for me to get my things out of storage I found dead mice. When I went to get some things out before I got all of my things out the one person that worked there took pictures of a dead mice and furniture that was ruined due to storage. When I asked about the warranty and the pictures that their worker took they said that he doesnt work there anymore. My clothes had a mold smell to them also. Ive had to throw some things out due to bring in storage. This isnt an experience that I expected from economy self storage. Ive got no information to file a claim since they let their co worker go.

The staff @ Economy are very, very pleasant. I remember when I first visited to open an account and rent a unit, they waited in the rain for me to arrive (I was late). The unit itself was very spacious, perfectly acceptable for a storage unit. I dont recall the exact measurements, but it was spacious enough (more than!) for a 2-bedroom apartment, living room, and kitchen. I would definitely recommend Economy!

Great storage place, very accommodating, always nice and professional. Even noticed when I emptied out my locker and ended my monthly payment before I called in so I wouldnt be charged for an empty unused locker. Would certainly use their services again if I move back into the area. Thank you Economy Storage for the great experience!

I had stored my items there for many years. As I needed either more or less space Economy storage wad always quickly accommodating. My items where always secure and never had any damage from the elements.! I would rent space there again if the need arises.
