I am a long-term storage customer at this unit while living as an expatriate in Germany. I was in the U.S.A. recently to do some work on my home there and remove my remaining few items to the storage location. On my last day in the country, on my way to the airport, I stopped to add the aforementioned items to my storage unit. I discovered, once inside the gate, that I had left the keys to my unit in Germany. The hour was late and the facility office was not open, so I had no recourse but to leave a stack of boxes outside my unit and continue to PHL for my return flight to Dusseldorf. When the facility manager, Phil, listened to my voice message and discovered my abandoned items, he personally secured them in the model storage unit under lock until he was able to get his regional manager to come and stand witness so that he could cut my unit lock, deposit my property, and secure the unit with a new lock, the key to which is held in a secure location until my next trip across the Atlantic. Such exemplary concern for my valuable property, as demonstrated by the Public Storage staff, is worthy of my continued patronage, and I will rest assured of the security of my household goods, the preponderance of which are held there, until I return to America in a few years time. I went to PS after I had experienced severe health problems. Even though I recovered, I lost almost everything I owned. At PS, I spoke w/ the manager, Phil. He thoroughly explained the rental process, went over the paperwork in detail and even helped me choose a unit I needed mindful of my limited funds. Phil also showed me where the unit was & it was spotless. I later thought, that guy was not only a true profession; hes a good human being. I can totally recommend this particular PS location to anyone wondering where to store things. The place is not only clean, but immaculate. And, competent as Phil is, he also takes pride in being as helpful as possible.

Hi, I went to Phil to enquire about public storage since i didnt know how storing works. Phil was simply great and had the patience to inform me about all the details. Though i didnt rent the facility here since i needed a smaller one which was available at another location near swedesford road. Phil called up his colleague Bonita and ensured that i get the facility and was helpful in all the ways possible. Surely if i need to rent again i will go to him. Also i would like to give one feedback to Public Storage. Please bring the pro rated rent policy. Its the one policy which can make public storage the best in the business.. Thanks Satish

Rented a unit today. Phil was the manager who took care of us. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Phil greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm. He was very professional, thorough, caring, and friendly. The entire Public Storage facility was spotlessly clean and inviting. Phils philosophy, as he told us, is that his facility should be as clean and secure as his own family home. Seeing is believing, and Phil is obviously one who takes pride in his work. Thank you for making our experience such a pleasant and trustworthy one.

Phil, the Manager of the property, was outstanding in all respects. His enthusiastic attitude on the phone was equaled by his firendly and detailed presentation in person when I later visited the facility to obtain a storage unit. He made the process of inspecting the unit and executing the documents very enjoyable and easy. The facility itself is immaculate and a testament to the obvious attention to detail that goes into the management of the premises. Could not have had a better experience and give it the highest rating.

I was looking for a storage unit that would fit my one bedroom apartment. I had walked in and a guy named Phil helped me out. He was so nice and found a storage unit that would best fit all my stuff!! He explained everything so well and told me if I had any questions or needed help with anything to give him a call. He met me down at the storage unit and even cleaned it out for me! He was the best and I would definitely recommend this storage unit area to everyone and specially recommend Phil to help them out!

Rich at this location was awesome! Friendly, personable, professional. He took the time to show us around the property, our unit, and explained everything. He made the process easy and painless. The property is the best kept, nicest storage facility I have ever used. Rich even made a one week follow up courtesy call to make sure everything was going well and we were happy with the property. Who does that?!?! Thats what I call customer service. Thanks again Rich, we appreciate all your help.

This public storage is AMAZING!! The manager Phil is just as amazing! !! He is very open, honest, and clear! The units are clean and do not smell; Phil very clearly explains the process, contracts and agreements,and knows his customers very well! He is a delight to work with and I would not hesitate on any recommendations! ! This facility is the best we found in the area! ! Thank you Phil for helping out my husband and I when we needed it! Finding the right storage unit is right up there with finding the right car........its a nightmare!!! However, once I met the manager, Phil, a horrible experience became a very pleasant experience. Phil treats you as if you were the most important customer at his storage facility. HE IS MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! The units are clean and secure and well maintained. Phil is courteous and accommodating and always with a smile. WE LOVE YOU PHIL........YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

I have been with this Public Storage for four years and have seen at least three managers prior to Rich Burns. By far the best of all. Always pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to inquiries. The cleanliness of the facility, from restrooms to individual units, has improved over the last six months. Probably because of the enthusiasm of Rich, I have no reason to look for a better storage facility. Dont let this guy get away

This PS site is wonderful! Always clean, easily accessible and well lit, my unit is the perfect answer to my storage needs. The best thing about the place; however, is the manager, Phil who could not be more friendly and helpful. He helped me to negotiate just the right size unit in my price range...all with a manner that made me feel as if I were his only customer. I highly recommend this site!

They showed me what was available, explained the details and helped me select the right solution for my needs. They got me setup very quickly and I was able to begin using the facility the same day. Rich Burns was friendly and helpful. He was very thorough in his explanations that made the process very easy to understand. I also didnt feel as if he was trying to just offer me things to rack up the price. He was honest and genuine. The space was well kept with good lighting. It also has great competitive prices. I would definitely recommend this storage site to everyone.
