In order to house my car inside my garage over the winter, I had a couple of large items my son had left behind in my garage when he moved out. The solution of renting storage space was new to me, but the sales attendant at this facility was absolutely wonderful in guiding me through the process. Her (Bonita) very friendly manner was so pleasant that each month as I paid my bill, I stopped by instead of mailing my check just to get a dose of the good cheer she exudes. If you have something to store, I do recommend this very clean, accessible, and friendly storage place. And packing supplies are always there at the ready.

I have been using the Public Storage location on Swedesford Road in Berwyn for a couple of years. I find the office personnel extremely friendly and helpful. My questions are answered quickly and completely. The units are spacious and I like the fact that units are temperature controlled. Doors are conveniently located with ample parking making loading and unloading items to be stored a pretty easy endeavor. In addition, I have always found a cart located near the door that I use so that I can load multiple items and transport them to my second floor storage unit. I would recommend this facility without reservation.

I recently contacted Public Storage in Berwyn, PA to set up storage for my son who is at Villanova University. Bonita, who was the office representative was amazing! She recommended the correct size, contacted my son + roommate to "get moving" and remember to get into her office to inspect the unit and sign the contract! She was kind enough to reserve their unit, until they finished exams and could get to her office. She made sure to fax us a copy of the contract in advance, so we could review. I have total confidence that she is watching over this deal and I highly recommend this facility.

I chose this Public Storage facility over other locations and competitors in strictly because of the awesome customer service of Bonita! She was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and just all around personable. She assisted me into the right size storage unit - we actually downsized by one. The next couple of days when I returned she remembered my name. The place is seriously air conditioned, all indoor and secure. My stuff is safe there. Very accessible via both the 202 & 252 corridor across from Chesterbrook. I highly recommend.

Made a reservation online based on the costs shown. Bonita was very pleasant when I went to move-in. However... I was astonished to discover the additional fees that were NOT shown on the website... for a lock and insurance. Sure felt like bait and switch to me !!! Then, there were forms and forms and more forms to initial, sign and date. Non of which do you really have the time or the interest to read. It felt really INTRUSIVE and annoying. I will be moving my stuff out of the there and finding another location.

Great location, very clean, well lighted and maintained storage facility. My only issue, safety: Building was very big with multiple long winding hallways. Some units were quite a distance from the front door and down long desolate hallways, far from civilization. As a woman, I would not come here after hours or alone if my unit was not outside or very near the door where you drive into (close to the store). I am sure they have cameras but probably not manned (would catch a crime after the fact).

Public Storage was a great asset for storage of our stuff while we prepared for our downsizing move. Bonita was very helpful and always greeted us with a friendly smile. We pre-moved stuff in March/April prior to our actual move on May 1st. We completely renovated our kitchen in the new location which took 2 months to complete. By the end of September, we emptied the storage unit. It has been a pleasure to work with Bonita and the Public Storage Unit facility (unit # 08130)

This storage facility is quite unique because of the ability to drive inside to unload/load your car! I have had a storage unit for at least 15 years at your facility (also when it was Shugard) and I have to say, Bonita is such a joy to deal with - her professionalism and cheerful, friendly manner has been such a pleasure over the years! In a world where Customer Service is so rare, Bonita is a breath of fresh air! A truly wonderful person in many ways ! :)

I have a unit here for a while and I have to give a 5 star to rosemary there was an uncomfortable and very upset customer in there and rosemary wow what a job she defused the issue and had the customer happy and laughing she really does know how to get people to calm down and has a way to make them happy.. I had to write this in Google cause ROSEMARY is a real customer service base to this location... She is really one of the best I seen at this location.

Bonita has been great. She is always smiling and always helpful. The storage facility is always clean. Having an indoor facility with drive up dock were the features that made this facility stick out from other facilities in the area. I would choose this facility over one that is closer to my house because of the personal assistance Bonita gives each client and the cleanliness of the facility. Great Job. Tell Bonita to keep up the great work.

Arrived at Storage at time of appointment. Received briefing and then to unit. Filled out all papers and initialed everything. Was introduced to all necessary information clearly and repeatedly. Time for questions. The customer service representative certainly was very helpful. With our keys my friend and I unloaded boxes into the storage unit. She demonstrated the exit lockup process.

Bonita has been a tremendous help with our obtaining a bigger storage unit than the one that weve had there for eight years. She gave us an estimated time frame of when one would be available and called within that time frame about an available unit. She was also very courteous and professional. Bonita was very helpful in recommending a smaller space and a more professional way of packing my goods...using the same size boxes...I thought that was a great idea.... Now the smaller space is more economical on my pocket... The space I should have gotten in the first place.. therefore instead of vacating I am staying.. I just love the great customer service Bonta has given me
