From start to finish these guys were absolutely great! The customer service these guys have is top-notch. Theyre friendly, prompt, and gave me exactly what I needed. I had their undivided attention so I had absolutely no problem with any of the paperwork. The units were clean and easy to find. With this being my first storage unit I was a little apprehensive but they gave me a great deal plus the first month was free so thats always nice. I definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs just a little bit of "extra space". Thanks Steve and Smitty!!!

Used this storage facility for 4+ years. Used auto pay feature which offered the benifit of a lower rate for the first year, never had to think about payments. Very convenient location Just off Rt 30 bypass. Also facilitys extended hours are great, it is neat, clean, well lit, and well maintained. I felt my belongings were secure and the gated entry feature made me feel safe going there whenever I needed to. Overall a good experiance, I will use them again if i need extra storage space in the future.

I reserved a unit on June 27,2017 and within minutes I received a phone call to go over my storage needs. Being from a military family I have moved way TO MANY TIMES in my life but never have I received the genuine care and kindness I was given here! I cant rave enough about this place and the staff!!! Id store with them even if I had to go out of my way to get there! Highly recommend you choose them!!!! Plus you wont find a cleaner more cared for facilities around!

I was really impressed how easy the whole process was from reserving a space online to the actual rental, the ease of access the times and of course the customer service. I really like how convenient this storage space is located and how easy it is to access right of the bypass. Thank you guys, I will definitely recommend you and if I ever need storage space again you will be the first one to come to my mind.

Steve and Smitty (Herb) were very helpful and professional. I reserved the unit online and Smitty called me the next day to confirm and set up a time to come in on move in day. Steve took us over to our unit in a golf cart and showed us around. He answered all of our questions. The unit itself is brand new and super clean. We are very happy with it. I highly recommend this place.

Steve and Herb were wonderful. They worked really hard to help with any problems or issues I had while using this facility. They were always pleasant and helpful. The facility is great too. Very accessible from major roads and well lit and very clean. I recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit.

This facility is pleasant, well organized and very well run. There are security cameras and two convenient gates. I wish the prices were lower, but they are typical for the industry in this area. Leasing a unit was easy with the efficient help of the employees. They were great to work with.

Extra Space and Storage has great service, convenient location that doesnt get backed up with traffic even during rush hour. Its very easy to pay your bill online and customer service is always helpful. no problems in the time ive been there, would definitely recommend.

Great staff! Very friendly and very helpful! Clean facility and professional employees. Quick and painless to rent a unit. In and out in about 15 minutes (including the walk to the unit and back to the office). Highly recommended to anyone looking for a storage unit!
