Im so surprised to see the prior reviews. My daughter is a junior at Suny Binghamton and we have been storing the stuff from her dorm over the summer at All Around since her freshman year. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Our items are always retrieved perfect. We have never had a problem. They even help us out with the rate if we run a little late. Im feel fortunate to have found this place and not have to drag the contents of the dorm back and forth.

FLOOD ZONE! I rented the unit on 09/03/2011 and was told that it was not in a flood area and it would not flood. Four days later it flooded and I lost everything along with many others. The owners have not even given anyone back their deposits yet. They offer NO Insurance. They will not even refund my money for the month or the "refundable deposit". I was only there 3 days before I lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff and they cant even give me back my rent or "refundable deposit" Shame on you! DO NOT USE! AVOID!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NO REFUND THE " REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT " TELLS CUSTOMERS TO GO F THEMSELVES AND THAT IN ORDER TO GET DEPOSIT BACK WILL HAVE TO CONTACT POLICE. HORRID PLACE, WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER EVER EVER DEALT WITH. TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE THEY ARE GARBAGE ONCE YOUVE SIGNED THEIR CONTRACT. AVOID AVOID AVOID ATTN BINGHAMTON UNIV STUDENTS DO NOT USE THIS PLACE... TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

So far, so good. The parking lot was clean. Access to our unit was easy, customer service was very nice. So all in all things are fine. The unit was a tiny bit messy (with dust and dirt) but it is an outside unit so that is to be expected. Good place and very convenient.

I love them ! The women at the front desk remembers me all the time and she had gave me time the one time I really needed it ! Guess thats what being a loyal customer does! ♥️ Reasonable pricing in the whole Binghamton ! Very appreciative!

Staff is very nice. I have been late on payment a few times but since I pay early most of the time, they sometimes wave the fee.
