If I could, I would give them zero stars. I was charged for insurance that I never agreed to and they refused to refund me the money. The employee told me that I needed to sign the rental insurance form because it worked as a temporary registration for the U-Haul truck. At the time that I signed, I was not aware that it was, in fact, an optional rental insurance form that I was signing or that I would be charged a fee after signing this form. This is NOT okay, a company cannot mislead or misinform their customers to scam them into paying extra fees. Im sure that this is a lie that they tell all of their customers to trick them into signing the insurance form. Once you sign the form, theyll refuse to give you the money back. I understand that I shouldve read the form in its entirety before signing but it didnt cross my mind that this man might be lying. I want all potential future customers of this business to be aware of this and to be careful when conducting business with them. I would NEVER use this location again and wouldnt recommend it to others. There are plenty of other U-Haul dealers in the area - find another one if you can!
