So in 1994 we had recently relocated to Newark from NY and needed a storage facility for a short time. We opened the phone book and chose Sentinel. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and how easy it was to access our space when we needed to. Go ahead to 2013 and we found ourselves in need of a storage facility --- so we chose Sentinel again. This time it was 2 1/2 years. When we recently emptied the space I was afraid that there might be mice/bugs in our belongings since it was there for so long. I was shocked, except for a little dust everything was perfect. Among our things we had pillows/mattresses and not one indication of mice or bugs anywhere. The facility inside and outside is clean and it has easy access. If I need another space in the future, I know where I will be going :)

Jennie and Windly were truly fantastic. I am from Massachusetts so when I was looking for a storage facility for my daughter and her roommates from UDel to store their belongings, they made the whole experience very easy and stresssless. Making sure that we had a truck on the move in day was another important factor and once again the ladies were very accomodating. I cannot say enough of how terrific they were to work with. I own a business and would hire them in a second as they truely understand what customer service is all about.

I am a newbie to the self storage world and was very apprehensive about leaving my seasonal clothing and bike with them. They really help me pick a unit that was right for me and did not try to sell me a higher price unit, like another storage facility tried to do. I want to thank the staff at Sentinel Self Storage for answering all my annoying questions and being patient with me.

I am very happy with the service I received while moving my daughter out of U.D for the summer. The staff was very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jennie was very helpful in explaining our storage needs and made the move easy. I will be sure to recommend this facility to friends whose children will be attending U.D. in the fall.

I would definitely recommend Sentinel Self Storage in Newark, Delaware. Both Jennie and Joy are very knowledgeable and were definitely helpful getting me the information needed in a timely manner.
