I contacted B&C with my need for a storage unit. The initial phone conversation was friendly and professional and she (I didnt get her name) offered me a solution to my needs. We scheduled a meeting the following day, where I was to meet Matt. I got there a little early (military training is hard to shake) and Matt was already there. He was completely professional, personable and helpful. He walked me through every step of the process, answering all of my questions no matter how dumb they sounded in my head. I am having my household goods transferred from a moving company into storage so that I can have access to it and one of my concerns is that I have enough space in the storage unit. Matt said that if I needed extra space, someone would come out and help me get another smaller unit. Since he had explained that the property is monitored 24 hours but not manned 24 hours, I asked him how long it would take for someone to come out and he assured me that the response would be less than half an hour. Everything about my experience with B&C up to that point assured me that it would indeed be the case. He also pointed out that my storage unit had an outlet in it so I could plug a light in to work at night if I needed to while I organized my property. I like the idea of the outlet so I can test my electronic and electrical equipment that has been in extended storage before I bring it to my new house. During the final paperwork process Matt was again tremendously friendly and professional. He walked me out to the gate to insure that my code worked and that I understood how to get it open and then closed again. My property is being delivered next week so I dont have a final review, but so far I am very impressed. I have rented storage units in the past and have never received the treatment I received with B&C. I looked at several other storage facilities before choosing B&C and Im glad I made the decision I did. I highly recommend them if you need self storage.

Love it at B&C! I moved houses last year and had to put most of my stuff in storage. Nothing got moldy or ruined, and I could easily access the facility any time I wanted. Ive never had anything stolen or damaged. Great staff too! Called them a bunch of times to ask questions and when I locked myself out
