My husband and I only needed a storage unit for a week while we were waiting for our house to close escrow. They said that they have a one month minimum so we paid for a full month, but a few days after we moved out of our unit they called to find out if we had left so that they could re-rent our unit. So they basically got paid double for the same unit and would not credit us when they re-rented our unit. Very shady business practices. Go someplace else.

I am a college student so I stored my dorm stuff here for the summer. The process was very easy and simple. Everything is well kept and very clean. Anytime I needed something, they made me a priority so it was nice they valued my business. Ill rent here again next summer too.
