My family and I recently got a climate controlled unit from Extra Space Storage. We had all the support from start to finish from a young lady there named Tiffany. She got up to show us the location of our unit, how to get in the building and made sure we were comfortable with locking it up. She was able to answer any and all questions, we were accomadated with paper, pen and she even talked to the moving truck on our behalf (who mind you was shady) The move was from NY to VA and turned out to be extremly stressful until we met Tiffany at Extra Space Storage on Indian River Road. Everything was transparent and explained to the fullest. If you or anyone you know is moving or may just need some "extra space" they are well worth it and they beat all competiors when we were looking up our options. The sales person named Sharie was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the overall operations of the facility she works at. Her overall personality was warm, genuine, and extremely helpful. She was upfront about all the fees, cost, and what is required to have a storage locker. They have around the clock security in place. The main lobby area is clean, bright, and warm. They have certain materials on site if needed. The hours are convenient to access the storage. I got my admin fee waived as a move in special and secured a great rate. Anyone looking for a wonderful storage facility in the Va Beach Area,I highly highly recommend them.

Great customer service! Tiffany was very friendly and patient on the phone. She answered every question and help me with a lot of decisions. Once I went in to finalize everything Maurie step up to the plate and make it a very smooth transaction. I have started to move my things in now and you guys made it so easy with the carts you make available free of charge. The place was very very clean and I will be referring friends.

The manager was excellent, very knowledgeable and showed a great deal of concern about my needs. She answer every question I had and address my concerns. Best facility i ever visited, military friendly, employees are very friendly and flexible with their customers . Infrastructure of the building/storage is very well ventilated, clean, and easy to use. Security overall is impenetrable. All of your belongings will be taken care of.
