Over priced. Mice. Mice. and more Mice. After having a storage unit with this establishment for over 3 years and going through many price increases along with it, I was greatly surprised when I opened my storage unit and found thousands of dollars worth of furniture ruined. It first started when I pulled out my suede sectional, that was completely bagged and sealed, (at their recommendation) to find that the entire first piece of the 3 was covered in mouse feces. Upon further discovery, I found that the other 2 pieces to the sofa were ruined as well with feces as well as gnawed upon and burrowed into. After speaking with the site manager, I was casually told that "we try to remind tenants to get traps"...I was never told this and neither was the man who was standing behind me, as he threw in. It didnt end there. Even when I got home and opened boxes, I was greeted by dead mice. I was disgusted. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never give them my business again.

Extremely respectful staff and the units are easily accessible. Other storage locations are slanted or in locations that are often not ideal depending on the time of day. This is well lit and well kept.
