I meant to write a review the other day but misplaced my card. I visited this location on December 1st and had no idea what size I needed and was stressed to the max. Shawnon ( I hope I spelled that correctly) was wonderful. She was very patient with me. She took the time to show me multiple units. Unfortunately while showing me the final unit my husband called to say he decided to sell our stuff, rather than store. While we didnt rent, thanks to Shawnon, if we need storage in the future Public Storage will be our go to place. Her personality turned a stressful day into a happy one. She requested that I leave a review and after all she did for me its the least I can do. I would highly recomend this company. They hire very professional and patient individuals.

I had a unit for quite a few months and was very satisfied with the company. The person I had been dealing with, Tesha was an excellent representative of Public Storage. She always was available to take care of any questions I had. She knew the operation very well. There is however, one suggestion I will make. The unit I had and in several other areas there were puddles of water when it rained. Of course one large one was right in front of the unit I was renting. There were several times I had to walk through it and it was deep enough to soak my shoes. Other than that, my experience at Public Storage was a good one.

Last spring, I helped my sister-in-law move some things into a unit because she was leaving the area temporarily. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the space was very clean. She has been very happy with the cost and the service as well. When Ive had to go back over there, Ive always had easy access, and Ive noticed that the place is always clean.

Tesha, who manages this property, was both professional and considerate. My unit was in great shape and if there are any problems, with security lights and such, I will see them fixed quickly. Moving now but would definitely use them again. And, thanks to Tesha, Ill look for Public Storage first wherever I go.

Easy check-in. I reserved a storage unit to start Saturday. Ran into problems getting in to sign contract on Saturday morning, so Tesha allowed me to come in Friday evening. The office closed at 6:00pm, however Tesha was happy to stay about 10 minutes over to get me all set up. Thank you Tesha

went on website to sign up and get a storage unit. website was easy to use and property manager Tesha called me and set me up with an appointment. went in and got a storage unit. great customer service, would recommend to everyone. place is very clean and staff is very nice.

Went to the storage facility on Las Gaviotas Blvd. and Kesha took me on a tour of the facility and showed me the different size units for rent. She was most helpful and very knowledgeable about all that paperwork. Kesha made the whole experience pleasant.

I went by today to see about getting a storage space. Even though they were booked up, Tesha was extremely friendly and helpful. She searched around for another nearby location that had what I was looking for available. I would definitely recommend them.

Awful customer service, no help with bill payments. Customer service line was a waste and refered back to the unit. Supervisor didnt want to be interrupted. BE VERY CAREFUL of any/all payments
