They deserve a 0 star rating, my experience was a very horrible, inconsiderate, ridiculous, and unfortunate one. I would not recommend anyone to this uhaul unless they are one who loves there items to be stolen, be spoken to rudely, likes workers who will call you a liar, and who enjoys being verbally and assaulted and threatened to be physically assaulted by the employees of an establishment. I had only been to my unit 2x: once at move in and once moving out. 3 laptops of mine were stolen out of my unit with my lock in place appropriately without evidence of tapering on their generic uhaul lock that they pressured me to get. There also were 2 vacuums that were placed in my unit that were not mine and someone had been in to put a box of rodent bait down. When the incident was brought to the managers attention, two other countries workers u necessarily intruded the conversation and all 3 immediately became defensive and were unconcerned about my missing items and did not offer any solution or attempt to investigate what happened, just rudely handed me a paper and said "call this number and file a claim." My wife and I were accused of lying and do to us standing up for ourselves as costumers we were assaulted verbally by the Manager and 2 other colleagues and then the scenario was escalated into a bigger situation by a peripeteia. The 2 employees got up from their stations and came towards my pregnant wife threatening and attempting to hit her. These 2 workers called their family members who then came up to the store to get involved. The situation was then turned over to the police after they were called by manager despite our request to call them from the beginning. The police took the investigation further and were able to obtain through extensive effort of inquiry and the providing of education/encouragement to the manager, the contact information from their corporate center as well as someone who was able to review video surveillance was contacted, investigation is still in progress. They are the most confrontational employees that I have yet to encounter. They gave customers who came for service a bad feeling about doing business with uhaul. They are very unprofessional and lack empathy/sympathy for the theft of personal belongings. If I was one I would not give this uhaul a penny for their unreliable, poor, and inhumane service.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible. Called the first time and the lady on the phone told me that there was a 10 ft available for that day for 4 hours. She took my credit card info and then we were disconnected. When I called back, the other lady acted like it never happened. She said my reservation didnt exist and there was no availability for a 10 ft for that day. Then she told me that there was something available from 11 to 2 and asked for my credit card info again. I told her that I would swipe kt when I showed up for pick up. About 10 mins later we show up to pick up the truck and they acted like they never spoke to us. Our reservation didnt exist and there was NO truck available to us. Beside that they were rude to us the entire time we were there. We called to verify and this was the same location we spoke to. But they pretended they never heard from us. Long story short I had to cancel my card (which is a huge inconvenience), still had no truck, and was fuming about the way we were treated.

Storage unit is ok if you want ur stuff stolen because they dont put one of their locks on your unit like they are suppose to on 2 different occasions me and my wife went to get stuff from our unit and they didnt have one of their locks on our unit...They force you to have a generic uhaul lock so anyone who got the master to that its simple to by pass it...They had some sort of flooding or water problem at some point we had mold and water damage on alot of stuff and all they could say was there was nothing they could do about it,we were never told of any of flooding or problems they had we found out when we emptied our unit...We talked them twice about puttin one of their locks on our unit and they said it would be taken care of and never was until the 2nd trip made which was almost 2-3 weeks later...

If I could go lower than one star I would. This was by far the worst u haul I`ve stored at. Worst of all they lied about the pricing of the unit they put me in and I`m paying 10 more a month than what my reservation was for AND ITS THE SAME STORAGE UNIT! I showed up and the girl with the chest tattoo spent 20 min trying to figure out where the 8x8 storage unit was and she was totally lost. The girls inside were in disarray and had a line of people because they couldn`t manage themselves. It seemed like half of them were new and had no idea what they were doing on the computer. I`m tempted to find another place to store my stuff that`s how bad this was. I wish I want in a rush or I would have walked out.

terrible customer service. 3 phone calls, one visit to store... Manager never avssilable nor did he return phone msgs to answering service as promised by phone operator.. Staff not aware of availability of replacement hadeware.. store employees took phone no for technician to call me with info. no response.

Looks a little ugly when you first arrive, but I had nothing but excellent customer service, quality storage, and security of my belonging was exceptional! My overall experience was amazing and made my move very smooth.

I was double charged by these people, they took the heat shield off of my car and didnt sell me all the parts necessary for the hitch for my move. Very disappointed.

Storage units are a joke. Their large units are upstairs with no elevator. Some of the staff seem quite clueless. The truck rental is great.
