We desperately needed a storage unit right away and Ms. Mae helped us find the perfect one just for us and our stuff. She was very helpful and guided us to finding the rightful storage for us. She listened to what we are looking for and how big we wanted the storage to be. She also suggested that since we have a lot of stuff, we should get a bigger unit so that our stuff wont be on top of each other. She was very patient with us as well. I would recommend this place to my friends, and I would tell them to look for Ms. Mae. The storage building is very clean and well maintained. The way my husband and I wanted it to be. Thumbs up to the management!

I received top notch customer service from the first phone call I made to Extra Space Storage to the in-store experience I had with my sales rep. He explained all of the benefits and features that Extra Space had to offer and immediately sold me on using this company for my storage needs. Only minutes before making the phone call to Extra Space I had a bad experience with a close local competitor and immediately left. All of the problems were easily fixed when arriving at Extra Space! I would highly recommend this company!!

My husband and I arrived at extra storage 10 mins after closing, unaware of their hours. But thats didnt stop Robin from serving us. This was a great example of going above and beyond expectations. As she had already done all of her closing procedures and clocked out, she continued to do job ithout a complaint. Her customer service was EXCELLENT! Thanks Robin for all your help!
