I had never leased a storage unit and was a little apprehensive. I did some research and went to tour a few sites. Shawn assisted me on my initial visit, he spent time explaining the process and gave us a tour of the site. I was impressed with the security and the cleanliness of the grounds. I felt very comfortable and decide this was the place for me. When I returned to rent the space, Shawn assisted me again, and as before he was extremely helpful, polite and very professional. He really made me feel like a valued customer.

Just went over there today to sign my lease and was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, even just right after a major blizzard. Right away, you feel like your things are in a safe place. The facility is under constant video surveillance. Zack, a staff member, is wonderful in making sure your units are ready for use. I even got to the meet the owner, who is also a very nice man. I will definitely store my things here again!

My wife and I walked into the office just to get more information and their staff was very helpful. Jamie answered all of my questions in detail. She is definitely a storage expert! We decided to reserve a unit after the tour. I couldnt ask for friendlier or more helpful service than I received at this establishment. The site is very clean and well secured. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs a little Extra Space.

My fiance and I recently went to the new Extra Space Storage in Lexington Park. We were very pleased with the friendly and prompt service we recieved from the staff. Jamie and Matt were both very friendly and helpful. Jamie took us on a tour of the facilty and helped us find the right size unit for all of our extra stuff. They have excellent rates compared to the other storage places we called. We highly recommend this facilty.

This storage facility is great! Anica was awesome. I came in to check prices and look at the facility and Anica answered every question professionally and with a smile. No matter what size storage you need check this place out and use them. Being prior military I have used many storage facilities in many states and I can say without a doubt, this is the cleanest, friendliest and best all around storage facility I have ever used.

Excellent storage place. The customer service is awesome. Im going through a divorce and they made me feel so much better about things. I had no idea what I needed but they helped me pick the right size bin. Its brand new and has that new smell that I like. She gave me a free month and I didnt have to sign a contract. I highly recommend. Thanks Anica and Jerome, you guys helped me in more ways than you know!!!

This facility is still pretty new, and you can tell in the condition of everything. The main office is clean and well-organized, the gate and gate pad are always functioning, and my actual storage space was clean and ready for me when I started using it. All the staff that Ive encountered have been awesome with my questions, and have been incredibly friendly and helpful. No complaints here!

Zack and Shawn are awesome, they truly understand that if you need a storage unit you might not be at the best point in your life at the moment, which is ok because they are there to help with a smile. Ive had a unit for about 6 months now and I pay in person everytime. Units are nice and the place is always clean, keep it up guys you rock!

Nice storage and friendly service, however when they switched to the new company "istorage" they never sent a notification notifying us that we needed to sign a new lease. We only knew about it when we received a late fee on our account ($20 late fee). Seems unfair to have to pay an extra $20 for something we didnt ask for or do ourselves.

Customer service is top notch... Shawn and the mustache guy are the epitome of nice!!.. These guys go out of their way to make sure all available special offers and discounts are considered and honored by the company...I left feeling like I got the best possible deal, especially when I saw how great my storage rooms looked... The facility is clean and secure and both Anica and Jerome are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There had been no problems since I have been storing my belongings there. I probably have had to access my space more often than most, and every time I was there it was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Since iStorage has taken over this facility has gone down hill. Not only is the ability to make an online account non-existent, my bill was increased without my knowledge. If they dont fix this issue, Ill be moving out.
