I had an excellent experience at Sentry Self Storage!! The assistant manager was very polite and informative at explaining the rental agreement and trying to find me the right rental space for the amount of stuff that my husband and I had. She even informed me of the free moving truck and made sure that it would be available for me on the day that I needed it. The storage unit also has easy access in and out and it was very clean. I am very glad that I chose Sentry Self Storage to keep my possessions safe!!

I called several storage places in the area and Jennifer at Sentry was the only person who always answered her phone or called me back. She was knowledgeable about her business, asked appropriate questions to find out my needs and offered suggestions for storage. She is always available to assist and is great to work with. I feel comfortable that she is on the premises and has very accommodating hours. I would definitely suggest to anyone looking for storage to go to Jennifer.

I was very happy with how quickly we had arranged for our storage unit. The manager is very helpful and even allowed us a few extra minutes past closing to store our items before we returned to Alabama the next day. It is such a stressful time when families are breaking up the belongings of loved ones and his thoughtfulness made a difference. The unit we occupied was clean and ready for immediate use.

I recently relocated and needed a storage unit on very short notice and sentry self storage was a god-send. The manager was a doll and she made the process quick and easy. my unit was clean and ready for me to move in my belongings in a matter of minutes. I have used Sentry Self Storage in the past and when I recently needed extra space to store my tools they were my first choice. The manager is great and the facility is well kept and user friendly! I will recommend them to anyone who needs storage.
