This place has given me a peace of mind with the quality of professional management that I received while looking to store belongings that I cherrish. The price was right and the place was clean and well kept. Moreover, the manager on duty, Jade Evans was stedfast in assuring me that I made the right choice with her willingness to go the extra mile in showing me around to see the property and providing me with sense of security for my peace of mind. She was pleasent and professional at all times with profound knowledge of her job. Because of her, I will always use ExtraSpace Storage in the future and recommend them to others as well.

Oh my goodness!! You guys have no idea what I have been threw the last week looking for storage! Everyone else had automated systems, would take my reservation tell me someone would call me back and never heard anything, and nobody offered me a discount!!!! I called here and instantly spoke to Derrick who then was able to offer me first mth rent free!!! How awesome is this place!!!! Definitely will be referring people!!! Oh did I mention they have a referral program!!! So happy! Extra space yall made my day!!!!

I have been a customer here for 6 months and find the spaces to be very well maintained. They are clean, safe, and the area is well lit. They were willing to work with us with the cost and even gave us a free truck. In the end they are a great place to store stuff. If you are looking to pay your bill online though you might want to call and verify that they do that. The stroage place does it but somehow it never works. I think once they figure out the kinks it will work better.- SEL

I highly recommend this storage facility. Incredibly easy making reservations, making updates and changes, and having easy communication over the phone. The person I would recommend highly to communicate with is Jade Evans. She is truly amazing, treats you as if you are her only client, and she is so pleasant to talk to. Going forward, I will recommend this place to anyone who needs comfort in storing their items safely in a very clean and climate-controlled facility.

Marla and Josh are absolutely phenomenal. Their customer service is second to none and have always gone out of their way not only to offer great business but a welcoming environment. I have been using Mini Price storage on Tyler Ave., since August 2010. The staffs there are knowledgeable, and very helpful. The storage unit is very protective, clean, and user friendly. They have reasonable packing items, and they even have a truck that you can use to move yourself to the storage unit. The staff is awesome. Don’t have to worry about your items because you know they are safe.

I got great service before I even entered the door. The prices for the units they have are a lot cheaper then any other storage unit I have been to and you get more for your buck.That comes in handy now a days when it is hard enough to even make a reasonable amount of money. And to top it off, they give you a free truck to move your items,plus they always have specials going on

Because of this location (at the end of a street) and because of the gated access thats within view of the office I felt safe accessing my unit. And they keep things CLEAN, too. Staff are helpful and pleasant and work to communicate well. We chose it for the price and were surprised their service was above our expectations.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was awesome! It statrted When I got out of my truck: he immediately rushed to the door and held it open for me. Then he showed me the space before I did any paper work. His customer service was awesome! I would highly recommend anyone (especially college students) to try this company!

Facility very clean, hours awesome, knowledge of business and size of storage unit I needed correct, even I was wrong about how much stuff I had.Fast process for truck and storage fees,and paperwork helps save the trees. I love this place and the employees and so will you.
