Staff failed to mention that we had to have proof of insurance to store our stuff there until we went to try to rent the unit, causing us to have to jump through a bunch of hoops to store ordinary household furnishings. Very dissatisfied by the lack of communication and the inconvenience of this ridiculous policy. Still using them because their location was close and we already set everything up. I would have picked another one but my wife didnt want the hassle of dealing with reserving another unit after we made all of the plans.

I had my things in uncle Bobs storage about 4 years ago and it flooded. My unit was full so I was unable to see the items on the floor until I moved them out.i lost almost everything and I played Insurance every month I was not able to get reimbursed for my lost at all and I lost almost everything thing but my bed and a love seat and table so no I will never use that storage ever again and I dont recommend it to anyone they do not stand by that Insurance at all rip off!!!!!!!

Just moved out after almost two years due to relocating to another state. The staff (Liz) was amazing. She is on top of everything. Extremely clean property! Liz even remembered little details about my family that rented units there 15 years ago. Dont hesitate to do business here. Much better than other competitors I have used in the past. I do also recommend using the autopay billing.

Ms. Guzman was also so kind and helpful before, during, and after my deployment. I am so glad I was able to find the right size storage for my things in their climate controlled storage units. I will definitely consider renting with Uncle Bobs again! Thank you for all of your help!
