I have had the worse experience with this ezstorage the employees are rude and not caring and lack customer service over the phone. I moved to another state and I work five days out the week the only day I could go to get my stuff was on a Saturday before new years day. They told me my lock had been cut off after I paid $716.68 to remind you the first of January is in two days so they said that I would have to wait in tell Monday? When I just told them I cant take off work I live in ohio. They went on to say that maintenance would have to let me in but there is someone that stays(lives) at the location 24 hours. Everyone situation is different and they couldnt go above and beyond for a customer that had only one day to retrieve my belongings they put me threw hell.I will never use them again or refer anyone to use them.

This place is convenient thats it! I have had a unit there for over 5 years, and recently moved and needed a larger unit. So I had 2 units, and the entire week that I was supposed to move the contents of the smaller unit it rained. I asked for 2 extra days to move the contents, and they refused to prorate, instead they are charging a full month of rent... so now I have to pay for 2 units, because they are money grubbing.... im finding another storage, probably the one in Canton. Way to go on loosing a long term customer.

Its very nice and clean. Friendly staff. But I think it is RIDICULOUS that they do not prorate! Ridiculous. I have to move all of my things early and have them sit in a rented truck (which is cheaper than leaving it in the unit) because I cant move my belongings into my new place until the first... One friggin day and they want to charge a FULL MONTHS RENT!!! I will NEVER use them again.

When I decided I needed a storage unit, I had no idea what size unit I needed. The staff was super friendly and patient while showing me all of the different sizes until I decided what I needed. Every time I go in to pay my bill, the staff is nice and quick and plus the lobby always smells amazing!!!

Great place left my unit and got a call 5 minutes later that I left it unlocked. They put a lock on it for me until I was able to come back the next day and put my lock back on! Great customer service!!

Robin at the customer service desk is super friendly and extremely helpful. She walked us through the different size units and suggested what would be best. I would recommend this storage to anyone!!!
