This facility is poorly managed and has abysmal customer service. I should have read the review here prior to booking storage. The recurring billing requested was not implemented. When this was discovered, the manager denied any responsibility and rudely refused the phone call. A call to the telephone number provided on the web site was forwarded to a third party answering service that had no knowledge of the phone number or the identity of the corporate client. A $150 to $200 storage rental has become a $300-$350 rental. AVOID THIS FACILITY!

WARNING !!! WARNING !!! Stay away, this place is not safe. You wont save any money. The rude clerk tried to rip me off $100. When I questioned her math she blew up and threw me out. I ask for the owners phone number and she wouldnt give it to me. Still screaming at me, she followed me out the door into the parking lot. This is too dangerous and volatile of a person to be working with the public. I post this review and it keeps disappearing. S M Froman 8-4-11

Ive got a lot and a unit. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile to treat you like family. The 9pm gate closing is kind of a pain, but with the staff and amenities ill take it. Love this place
