I am a very busy person. this day I had proved to none less than any other day. I almost forgot about having to deal with getting my storage space, but I received a call first thing in the morning for most people but for me it was already proven to be late morning, I just got off when Edwin F. called & reminded me. I said I would be there in an hour only to fail at that, but when I did get there Edwin F. immediately addressed me & realized I was the guy from first thing in the morning & kindly let me know. I was glad to hear that even though I may have almost forgotten & got there just before close of the business day I was still remembered. After getting there so late Edwin F. made sure I had been promptly taken care of & my contract was explained & completed in a timely matter (customer service hasnt been forgotten). Happy to do business with Extra Space Storage I hope that when Edwin is gone within the month customer service does continues, & Edwin F. enjoys his new endeavors.

Ive have used Extra Storage Space on Rossville Blvd NUMEROUS times! Anytime I need a storage facility, I know EXACTLY where to go. The Staff is always friendly and very helpful. The property is very nice, always clean. Gate hours are great. The offer different size units and are willing to work with you on your needs. Im currently renting a unit now. My Husband is about to leave for Army Basic Training and we are putting our entire house into storage until he comes back. The staff has been so wonderful with helping me during this rough time. I am always recommending friends and family to use Extra Storage on Rossville when they are in need of storage. I will ALWAYS come back as a returning customer when I need storage. Theres no if, ands or buts about it!!

I was told by a customer service agent that this facility could accommodate an 18 wheeler. WRONG! The facility was supposed to be open at 9:30 a.m. WRONG AGAIN! The on-site manager was asleep and it took a manager from another facility banging on the door, as well as multiple calls to and from the District Manager, before we were able to rouse the on-site manager to get in and offload our house into the storage unit (we moved up here from GA). That finally happened around 10:30 a.m. The on-site manager was not pleasant and continually complained about his own management, and blamed the late opening on "his girl." Terrible experience, but the DM did help make it right. We have been in the unit for 5 months and the facility is well maintained and clean.

the store manager Sandy Bell was an amazing associate. truly an asset to your company. she was extremely knowledgable and was willing to bend over backwards for the sake of pleasing the customer. i have few times in my life came across such an impressive young woman. her intelligence was only superceded by her beauty. the associate working with her, Will??, im sorry if that is not his name, was also one hell of an employee. they both worked extremely well with each other and with me and i know that they will go far in your company, provided your company is lucky enough to be able to hold onto such stellar employees as they are. i would like to thank them very much. Will - you are amazing at what you do Sandy - yo pienso que tu eres una reigna.

edwin was more than helpful; extremely informative, friendly & courteous! he had an answer for every question and even added information i didnt think of or forgot to ask. he made this experience as carefree & stressfree as possible! his customer service was the best ive had ANYWHERE in a very long time! this is my first time renting a storage unit anywhere so i was unsure of what to expect. the units are kept very clean, there wasnt any trash or left behind things in the hall or even outside on the grounds. it was impeccable, very well taken care of! overall, im more than pleased & satisfied with my experience today! i would highly recommend!

i had a recent experience at this location, helping my aunt move from new york, into baltimore. as my family goes, they are a bunch of packrats, thankfully this storage facility, not only being affordable, but the staff was immaculate, a gentleman by the name of John Daly, was way more than helpful, courteous and a perfect gentleman, opening the door for my aunt as she left, and always had a smile on, A+ job when it comes to customer service, and quality of said service. i greatly recommend this place, very clean environment with a wonderful staff, thanks again for the great service

This place has really gone down since management has changed. I automatically get a reminder email notification about my pymnt due date but not even 24 hrs beyond that is,when the harrasing phone calls begin! Then when you go to make your payment in person no one is ever there however they forward the phone calls to personal cell and always say oh i ll be back in an hr. Its not even lunch time!!! Shouldnt there be at least one employee there at all times!! Never had this problem before those two guys took over. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They were more than happy to offer the best and most affordable pricing to help me out. I left KNOWING that I made a very wise decision signing on with them. They filled me in with every detail so I left with no questions. Very helpful and ready to make my storage experience easy. Also, they have all supplies to assist me with moving in. ( boxes, carts, locks, etc... ). These guys are the " BEST ". Thanks for everything.I can not say enough about the staff :) David Jones

Used this place for a couple months and the manager sandy was very helpful to me and always nice. When it came time to move out she made sure all my questions was answered and didnt mind reminding me of anything else I needed to know. This place was always clean when I came I always had a cart to help me move my stuff and I would use this place again or recommend it to anyone. Great customer service!

Ive been to quite a bit of storage facilities and this one is one of the many I can honestly say I enjoy visiting and renting from. Its very clean & professional there. The manager Sandy is so polite, helpful and patient. She helped me from the beginning to the end. She knows and does her job very well. I would recommend this location any day of the week.

I was very impressed with this location. The store manager was able to get me a great interior unit that was clean and spacious. She was friendly and attentive. The facility was very easy to navigate and included several carts for moving my things (even during peak hours). I will definitely return to this location if I need additional space during a move.

Great place for storage rental. I have been renting here for almost 2yrs with no problems. Customer Service has always been great and very informative. They advised me of specials that allowed me to move my belongings to a cheaper place that fit my budget. I moved here from another state and they have always made me feel comfortable.
