I travel for my job, and since selling the house to do so, I had been keeping my stuff in a PODS container...thinking that when I finally settled down again that it would be so handy to just have it all delivered to my new place. Well...Im not settling down any time soon and I was paying quite a bit for that service. In searching for another option, I came across AAAA Self Storage. I reserved a space online and within a half hour, the facility manager, Nigel Burns, called to see if I had any questions about the place. I drove there to check it out and was very impressed with the facility, as well as Nigel! Very helpful and professional. I like that the place is clean, climate-controlled, I can access it any time I want and can spend as much time as I need there. I feel like my stuff is secure there and I feel safe when Im there.

I am very pleased with the quality of service I receive each month from the staff, as well as quality of the storage unit itself. I was moving last year and needed to store my belongings for an extended time until I had a house built. The staff was so accomodating...they renovated two small units and made it into one large unit....just what I needed. I have been using this unit for several months now and each time I need to access my unit, I find it safe, well lit, and especially clean. The climate control feature was a must for me and they offered that too. Their monthly costs are very comparable and better than most places. I would definitely recommend AAAA Storage to anyone that needs to store belongs for either short term or longer. Youll like it.

My husband and I were interested in renting a unit with AAAA per the recommendation of a friend. We were planning on visiting other storage facilities, but had high hopes for this facility based on the feedback we had already gotten. Upon arriving at the facility we were warmly greeted by Dana, the Store Manager. She answered all of our questions about their packages and showed us several different units until we determined what would be the best fit for us. We liked the central location, the cleanliness of the entire area, and the reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend this Storage unit facility to our friends and family.

This AAAA Self Storage location was extremely convenient for me, as it was located about a mile away from where I used to live. I was immediately impressed with its helpful staff, the cleanliness of the unit and how the facility is climate controlled. The units rental prices are more than fair, and the staff is very accommodating about how to keep costs reasonable. I particularly like how they are now partnering with the Peninsula SPCA. Even a year later, I know my belongings are in good hands at AAAA Self Storage. Keep up the fantastic work!

We needd to store household and personal items prior to an out of state move and went to AAAA Harpersville Rd. because of the convenient location. The manager and assistant were very helpful and friendly, showing us several different sized units in different locations until we found the one that was perfect for us. They explained the terms clearly and expedited our time in the office. Thereafter, each time we went to the facility, they remembered us and were very friendly. If we ever need to store items again, it will be at an AAAA.

My experience with AAAA Storage has been a very good one. The property supervisor was courteous and efficient in making sure that my storage property is safe and secure. One day I failed to properly lock my storage and I received from AAAA Storage the same day informing me that my storage was not locked properly. The gentleman working was wonderfully helpful, and was great about showing me around and telling me how the whole system worked. The unit was fantastic - brightly lit and incredibly clean. On top of that, the staff is friendly and professional. My experience was great. Im a college student and was looking for storage at the last minute and the cutomer service is excellent and kind while helping me every step of the way. The storage facility is clean and fully air conditioned. The prices are a bit on the high range however the quality and service there is well worth it.
