Red FLAG!!! I called last week asking for someone to give me an estimate on an out of state move. The person "Tina" that I spoke with seemed annoyed with my call, but I wrote it off as a bad day. After not receiving a call back days later, I decided to give Kloke one more opportunity to bid the job. I called again, this time speaking with someone I thought to be the same person. She RUDELY informed me that she was not the same person & when pressed, reluctantly gave me her name "Christina". The conversation continued in such an adversarial manner that I eventually asked if she wanted the opportunity to bid on the job. Christina hung up the phone on me! Too bad, this is a big job and Ive used other United carriers throughout the country for my multiple corporate moves. Good luck to you Kloke and I hope Christina finds peace & realizes that she has an important role in creating great customer service.

Movers very nice and professional. Andre and Andrew were on time and treated my belongings with care. They scheduled us in for moving quickly. We would use them again.
